    I purchased this last week and received it yesterday. It comes with a Window Bracket Panel Adaptor that is two pieces that snap together, unlike others that are only one piece. Instead of containing a pair that snap together, it contained to identical ones with an L on them. I called Best Buy, and the Agent immediately transferred me to Honeywell, without even saying bye. After about 20 minutes on hold, I was told to call another company (JMATEK 800-474-2147) for the parts. They're only open Mon-Fri.
