Honeywell lives up to its reputation. Quality product! Items are well made, i.e., window mounts, hose and functions on the remote. We have only had it for about six weeks but are quite pleased with it. Curious about the red light glows only when it is off. Nothing to tell you what mode it is on....except, of course, on the remote read out. So, from a distance you cannot determine what function it performs! Minor detail and not a bother. Great machine!

First one I ever purchased. It keeps the room cold. I have lots of big windows so lots of heat comes thru. This keeps it very comfortable.

I've had several portable A.C.s over the years and this Honeywell is by far the best cooling unit I've had. It works so well, I bought a second one for my second floor. I'd recommend it to anyone.

We live in Metro Orlando, we were without power for a week due to Hurricane Irma, no A/C and it was hot!! This unit does 600 sq ft, we can run it with the generator. We will not be hot and miserable for the next power outage.

Air conditioner works really good but it was very noisy and was damaged when we received it

The remote control is nice. I turn it off after it cools down or set the thermostat to a desired setting. My first utility bill only had about 11 days on it but it wasn't costly.

Love it! I've tried other A/C units on wheels with lesser BTUs that did Not do the job. This brand and product are great. I get power, cold air fast and I use it daily in summer!

This machine is way too loud. The exhaust hose is to short to use in an apartment. The exhaust holes only allows me to reach not even halfway into the middle of the room. I had to buy an extra fan to get the cooler air into other areas of my apartment. Terrible buy for me. I should have returned it. Online shopping for such pricey items should only be done in person.

Easy to put together, just the hose. Easy to move from room to room. Cools down house fast.

Brought this unit to cool my 1000 sq foot garage. So far the unit has preformed very well and has been able to keep the garage at a decent temp even when it's in the 90's and humid. Don't expect the unit to keep it at 70 when it's 90 out, but does work very well to reduce the temp 10 degrees or better. Works great at taking the humidity out of the room. Also purchased this unit because of the warranty

First air conditioner so I chose a portable so I wouldn't have to fuss with installing it. Easy to install and it gets the job done

I bought this as a replacement for an LG portable. It works ok,just doesn't cool as well as th LG unit. But it's easier to drain condensed wat er from unit.

Works better than any other AC I’ve bought in the past. Ordered it from the store and recurved it very quick. Easy set up.

This is my second Honeywell Portable AC. I recently purchased a cabin without central air. This unit does a terrific job of cooling the entire cabin without any issues (approx 900 sq ft). My first Honeywell Portable AC (12,000 BTU model) does a great job of making a second floor spare bedroom more comfortable in the summer months. I’m extremely happy with my purchases.
