    3 months.. quit working. Won't even cut on. I've flipped all the switches. Tried different wall outlets. Flat out just stopped working. Wow. I didn't listen to the other reviews when I paid hundreds for this. I thought that this wouldn't happen to me. There's a reason that this thing has only garnered 1 star reviews. Not 2 star, 3 star, or 4 star. But 1 star. Think about that. It ONLY has gotten 1 star reviews. I'm kind of disappointed that Best Buy continues to carry this AWFUL item.

    Got the product delivered twice, after sending back the first one and still coming damaged. Best Buy couldn’t fix the issue so we had to give up on it and buy it from Amazon. Way to go Best Buy, that’s the reason Amazon will be the end of your store. Disappointed!
