This humidifier cannot keep up in the smallest room of our house. Not sure if it just wasn't made for this extreme, it's defective or we are unreasonable.

Called Honeywell customer service, they couldn't figure out the problem, told me to return it. I did and bought another brand.

After that the pump stopped working on both units. Called customer support and the parts were not in stock and I couldn't place an order for when they were in stock. For now they are just white tubs of art. There are better humidifiers out there for the money.

The tank is easily filled by using a pitcher or directly from kitchen sink sprayer as we do. Makes a noticeable difference in humidity during furnace use.
