We have been looking at this thermostat for some time now and I'm so glad we finally purchased it! My husband installed and set it up and we downloaded the software for our smart phone. We have a 2 story home with only one thermostat located downstairs. We would pull straws for who had to go adjust the temp in the middle of the night. Now, we simply pull out of phones to adjust the temp. It looks very nice in our hallway too, and a lot of colors to choose from to match your decor. So far, so good - highly recommend.

I've been wanting to get a WiFi thermostat for a while. Our old one finally started having problems so I did some research and purchased this one. It was easy to install, although I had to run a new wire to the furnace so I'd have a "C" wire available. It also keeps the temperature in our house much more even. I love that I can see the temp and set the schedule via my smartphone as well as the Honeywell website. My only complaint is that the backplate seems warped. The left side of the thermostat doesn't quite snap into place. It seems secure enough but I'll contact Honeywell at some point to see what can be done. I'm really glad we bought this thermostat.

Have been using for about 3 weeks now. Easy set up & connect to the router. No issues there. Fairly easy to set up the account as well. After install I noticed the temperature was off by 4 degrees all the time. It was on the higher side. Gave it a few days to see if it calibrates on it's own, it never did. Called tech support before I returned it & they walked me through how to calibrate & it has an adjustment of +/-3 degrees. Did the max & it's now consistent with my old one & the other ones around in my house. Make sure you have the "C" wire before you install. I don't but it was an was an easy fix. So far so good.

I have an older AC unit and was worried when the instructions told me to go online and watch their alternate instruction video. This video walked me through rewiring my AC unit to add the additional needed wire and it was very easy install. The unit is very easy to use and looks nice. It was also easy to connect to my wifi. It is very nice being able to control my system remotely.

Setup was easy, even though I had to steal the fan control wire to complete the install. There are videos on Youtube for this, look up "g wire for c wire" and you'll find lots of help. Only complaint was my attic was hot as h*ll! Took about 10 minutes to install and 5 to program, and it was accessible via phone. Easy to schedule as well with app and interface. Love it so far.

I bought this after researching it against models from Nest and Ecobee. Installation was straightforward (I'm handy, but hardly HVAC certified) and they have a Youtube video which is excellent. The connected features work exactly as advertised and it is easy to program and control from both my Android phone and my PC. It is integrated with IFTTT and it was relatively simple to enable basic control over it from my Echo using IFTTT recipes.

The application for phones and tablets is extremely user friendly. I also enjoy the large tablet like screen for each zone. My house is very modern, so the technology works for my décor. I also believe I will be able to save a large amount on my heating and cooling bills. If you have a whacky life schedule and want to be able to change the temperature of your house from anywhere via mobile, then these Honeywell thermostats are very useful.

I didn't want a "learning" wifi thermostat, just one that allowed me to monitor and set temperatures remotely. This fit the bill perfectly, as it also includes humidity monitoring. It was easy to install and connect to my wifi network. The Honeywell app is easy to learn and use. Everything works as expected. I have a total of 3 Honeywell wifi thermostats in two locations that I can now control remotely with 1 app.

This thermostat works perfectly, and it was so easy to install myself. I am now able to view and control the temperature in my house for anywhere using my cell phone. If anything out of the ordinary takes place (I have set high & low limits), if either limit is ever reached I receive a text message letting me know. I can switch from my heat pump to my electric furnace, or to just my circulation fan, or to my AC unit all from anywhere using my cell phone. You can also program this unit to automatically adjust the temperature at any hour you want such as lowering the temperature during the night then raising it to be warn again just before you wake. This thermostat has more than paid for itself in the saved electric, my electric bill for the last year has dropped by almost 30% over the year before. I highly recommend this thermostat.

Honeywell app works seamlessly with the thermostat and gives you control of the device and all the functions of your heating/cooling system. Great equipment to help you save money on your utility bill. When you run out of the house and your going to be gone just pull up the app dial it up or down a few degrees and instant savings

This thermostat makes turning on and off the AC fun and at the same time convenient. It has helped save on the energy bill and also I'm able to turn it on before i get home so i walk into a nice comfortable home instead of a kind of hot one!! very nice and very energy efficient ..

I bought this thermostat for my husband and am so glad I did. Our home is an energy star and about 4 years old. We replaced a basic Honeywell automatic thermostat. It was extremely easy to install, which we did ourselves following the directions exactly. Works like a charm. We set it and forget it. When we do need to make a change, it's very easy on the display itself or with the app on our iPhones or iPads. The display glows with a soft ambient light the color of which can be changed. It is easy to see day or night without being too bright. This thermostat is very user friendly. I love it.

We got this thermostat because of the Wifi capabilities. It's nice being anywhere in the house and being able to change the heat or air conditioning with a simple use of the smartphone app. Everything is relatively eaglet to use. The only downside that I found is setting/modifying the time on the device. Setting a schedule for the thermostat is extremely easy though. Very glad I bought this product!

I have one of these for each of the two HVAC zones in my house, and they are worth every penny. Sleek design, coupled with customizable display make these a feature, not just a dusty old thermostat. Best of all, the iPhone app allows you to control the settings from anywhere in the world. Highly recommend!

Purchasing this thermostat was one my best decisions for home improvement. It works well and was easy to setup. Very convenient for us to have this especially when we are away from home. We can set this to our desired temperature anywhere.

This thermostat works very well is east to use and set up you can see it from across the room and adjust it with your phone or tablet anywhere in the house or when your not at home it's very easy to set up a weekly schedule and to change it you can also do it all on your phone very highly recommend

I purchased 3 of these when i had to replace a couple of A/C units. I was debating between the Nest and this Honeywell. Function for function, they are generally the same but i really liked the look of the Honeywell better. I had my AC professional install them for me so i did not have to worry if i had all the right wires. Once installed, the setup was very easy. Programing them is a snap and very easy to change. One setting i had to change was that the display stays on all the time which looks beautiful. The problem was we have one in our master bedroom so when its nighttime and you want the room dark, there is this bright display. Easy fix, there is a setting that allows you to basically turn the display brightness all the way down to zero to it goes dark. As soon as you touch it, it lights up so you can change the temperature, similar to a screensaver. Other cool features are the wifi and connected mode. So when you are away, you can monitor the temp or even change the temp right from your iPhone or laptop. Very cool. You can even setup alerts if the temp changes past a certain threshold you set. It was a good purchase.

The Thermostat was easy to install and program. For complete control of system it does require a 5 wire line; otherwise, you can use 4 wires and lose stand alone control of system fan. Using 4 wire requires some wire changing inside the furnace at the panel but the instructions are easy to follow.

We had an old first gen digital thermostat with a faint hard-to-read monochrome display that finally went dark on us at our office. We literally could no longer control the heat or A/C. I did some quick research and picked this up at BestBuy for less than $200. We had a handyman install this for about $80 and we were back in business. The display is full color, bright, easy to read, easy to program and has a wi-fi feature for remote operations. Good value and has worked flawlessly for the past 5 weeks.

Item was easy to install and register online for the wireless access. I love the color choices and custom abilities so you can match it to any color room. Visual display is nice and shows temp along with outdoor and indoor humidity rates. Highly recommend.
