At first I was skeptical but after the first night of using it I was in love. The air became more breathable during f these dry winter nights. My sons slept through the night and didn't wake up congested.

I think we need something larger as this did not seem to make much of a difference. Would recommend for a smaller bedroom. I received this product complimentary for testing purposes.

Customer support was quick in answering my complaint. But, I'm still waiting for a return label from the manufacturer.

Had great help in store, came home, reviewed instructions, plugged product in and it started leaking all over floor. If it wasn't so late in the evening I would drive back now and return it.. I guess I will until tomorrow morning. Don't waste your time on this product!!!

Worked fine to start but just stopped working completely. Is an issue with the unit sounding like dripping faucet. Further investigation I found that the mist chamber looked as though there was some melted plastic.
