The team who came to install my purchased product they were extremely professionals and knowledgeable. They even were able to cut wood and glue a piece to make it fit right. They also provided the best customer service for us, their job was very precise and clean. I highly recommend Best Buy team for insulation

The team that came to install our Zephyr range hood had no problem putting together the auxiliary blower but when it came to removing the old hood and putting up the new one... let's just say it was a good thing I was around to help with my own tools. It could be that they were timid and didn't want to risk damage to area but when they left before I could return with a part to complete the installation... again, good thing I have my own roll of aluminum tape. In their defense, they did say they had another five installations to perform and it was already 2PM. Blame the managers and scheduler at the office. Also, the hood description did not mention (at least not where I looked) that the extra blower changed the exhaust size from 8" to 10". Thanks to Home Depot for having reducers in stock.

Tech was capable, but had extra install charge and poor clean up.

Once the blower was installed as it took BB 11 attempts to install this appliance, it functions as it should a little on the loud side.

Could not install because the countertop cutout dimension specified by Viking is incorrect so no downdraft vent hood to hook the blower up to.

Installation of this item has been a difficult one but the 3rd guy & 4.5 months later it was completed

What a mess! BB came for pre-inspect months ago. We were told to move the line for the exhaust fan install- which we did. The same guy came back to install the dishwasher and said the exhaust fan line was good. Then he came back another time to uninstall/re-install the dishwasher and said again it was all good. Then the same guy that did reinspect and installs came to install the cooktop and exhaust fan and drilled lots of holes in our new tile backsplash to then tell us that the line was not in the right place!!!! This has been a really long and bad experience. We had to call a plumber here twice - paid them twice and now we don't want BB to come back and work here anymore. Shame on you BB!!!

Outstanding installers. After getting correct parts in, messed up by sales folks at Overland Park metcaf location. The 95th street store came to rescued and ordered them right part and set up install. Sadly product did not meet my expectations.

Space saver & works great. Product was in stock & Kyle the installer was great.

Installer was Rude. Had no idea what he was doing. He had attitude and was not accepting his mistake. He made cut in our granite more than what it should have been and left a .25 inch. On top of that he started to blame me that i did not tell him how to cut and i was sleeping.

Horrible service. Products don’t fit. Installers can’t figure out how to install product. Installers don’t speak English and can’t read instruction manuals. Damaged new cabinets and walls installing product.

On time and professional. Took away the old appliances. Highly recommend.
