    I appreciated that the cleaner was concentrated, as it was a bit expensive. I followed the instructions for my Hoover carpet cleaner and the cleaning solution did very well, but the carpet stayed a bit sticky. I had to go over the entire carpet again with just hot water. Once that was done, the carpet was nice and soft when dry.

    Picked this up at the same time I purchased my Hoover cleaner. Expensive, but it does work.

    It's so cheap than other stores before w buy so expensive in best buy store only 10.88 and free shipping I ordered one more I'm waiting my order and delivery fast

    My carpets are fairly new and we have a 2 yr old bulldog that slobbers constantly and it's always laying around, this product really didn't get the smell out. But overall it did clean the carpet.
