I called Hoover and they told me to send the vacuum back to Best Buy or call Best Buy....not much help. Especially when Hoover states they have a 5 year guarantee. Now I have to call Best Buy to see how they want to help with this issue. Problem is I bought this item online and the stores here do not carry this on the shelf so I cant return at the store. Frustrated!

Lightweight, easy to empty, belt doesn't fry when you get a rug in the brush. Easy to take apart and clean. I can vac the whole house on one battery. 3br 2bth rambler. Bought 2 so far, 1 for home and 1 for work.

Posted .Hi Vera! Oh no, that doesn't sound like Hoover quality. Your Air Cordless Series 3.0 Bagless Upright Vacuum should have great suction. If you've noticed a loss in suction the filter or hose may need to be cleaned. Please give this a try: 1. Remove the blue washable filter from under the dirt cup lid then rinse and completely air dry for 24 hours. 2. Disconnect the hose and check for any clogs. 3. Check the bottom nozzle for any blockages in the middle opening behind the brushroll. Once completed the unit will have better suction and pick up.
