I purchased this when our Dyson failed recently. I was skeptical, but was proven wrong. This is a great machine. It is very light and maneuverable. The cleaning head is smaller than a standard vacuum, but the speed at which you are able to clean compensates for it. Our favorite feature is definitely the cordless aspect. We will never again have a corded vacuum if we can help it.

Vaccum was light and easy to use but had poor suction and poor battery life.

Due to the cordless factor, I find myself vacuuming daily and covering additional rooms due to the hassle free factor. We have a Dyson and a Shark, but since we got this, it makes vacuuming quick/easy (and less painful than listening to my wife remind me to vacuum). If you have long carpet (shag or something), stick with the Dyson. If you have a mix of bedrooms & hallways with a short cut carpet and areas of hard wood, tile, area rugs like this, then great choice. My package came with an extra hepa filter which allows for cleaning / drying a dirty filter while using the other filter. Battery life has been no problem - havent depleted a battery during a single cleaning session yet and it comes with a back-up battery.

I'm distraught because I wanted to like this vacuum so much! I was so excited since it was cordless and that seemed like a really nice convenience. But, unfortunately, I ended up having to take it back after a few months. I wanted to give it another try and exchanged it for the same thing. However, I ended up having the exact same problem. The issue was how much of my hair sheds. I have always been accustomed to having to cut my hair out of the roller of all my vacuums throughout my life. But with this vacuum, even if I cut it out after every other use, it would still break off the brush roll. I've never had this problem before; I recently returned the Air Cordless and got a Shark, and now I don't have the issue. So I recommend the Air Cordless and give it 5-stars if you have short hair that doesn't shed... otherwise get something else (I have the Shark NV501 and it has been great).

Awesome vacuum, great small design and best feature: no cords to mess with.

My mother in-law loves it. She put it together right away and was pleased to find out it had enough power to give it a try right away.

I first purchased this item July, 2016 and I was in love! It was great on my hard wood floors, was easy to maneuver and the battery lasts a decent amount of time. The problem came in December, 2016 when the motor stopped working. You see, there is a button you press that allows you to choose whether or not the brush spins during use, the motor that manages that stopped working. I took it in to return it, but decided to give it another shot because I really did like it... Motor broke AGAIN, this time within just less than 2 months! We don't have children, we don't have any guests, we dont have cats or dogs, so no it wasn't picking up random odds and ends that could have damaged it... I was using it more as a glorified duster because my floors are so dark you can see every spec of dust. I had purchased the first vacuum with the Geek Squad protection and when I exchanged for the new vacuum I thought it carried over (it does not) so now I have to rely on the manufacturers warranty. That's fine, except the hoover shop near me says that means I need to drop it off and they will fit it in "eventually". Basically since it's not a paying job it's not a priority, so who knows how long it will take. Moral of the story: Don't throw away your money on this vacuum. If the same thing broke twice in a row for me, I'd imagine it will break for others as well.

Great cordless vacuum with lots of power. The battery lasts a long time and having 2 batteries is great. It's easy to empty. The only draw back is the hose attachments don't have a lot of suction .

I purchased this vacuum probably a year and a half or so ago. I'm not that fond of it and am looking for a new one... Pros: *Bagless *Cordless *Comes with 2 batteries and a charger *Lightweight Cons: *Horrible suction and the hose suction is even worse. *Stuff gets caught in the entrance to the waste container, i'm constantly having to stick a knife in their to clean it out. *Short battery life. *Very short hose and it's a pain to use because you have to unhook it from the bottom, remove the handle and connect it to that, then take it all apart again to use the regular vacuum part. You can't grab and use. *High pricetag For someone who has a pet and vacuums pretty much daily, This is not the one for me. I read the reviews before purchasing and thought i was getting a good product, but definitely not worth it to me. The cons outweigh the pros.

I loved this cordless vacuum but after a year it kept shutting off for no reason. Hoover had me take it in for a warranty-covered repair that took 2 or 3 weeks.. Meanwhile I needed a vacuum, so bought another one, again at Best Buy. I bought a 4 year protection plan. This vacuum lasted less than 3 months and kept shutting off. Best Buy gave me a new one, but that ENDED my protection plan. What kind of sense does that make? I guess I am an idiot for buying a protection plan for a product I knew might have problems. And here I thought it was the smart thing to do.

Bought this vacuum wanting a good cordless. Problem I am having after 6 months is one of the batteries does not charge any longer and the wheels keep coming off when we vacuum. Otherwise it is good little vacuum.

I really love this cordless vac. Only objection is sometimes the brush roller turns off when I vacuum a high pile carpet or get the rug corner caught in it.

I purchased this vacuum as a back up vacuum and I used it about 6 times before the charger stopped working. Since it stopped working on a Sunday and the Hoover hotline was cold, I emailed for help. The response was system generated and not helpful at all. That was a week ago and no follow up. I will be returning this to the store.
