This vacuum masters many task with all the cleaning options. Very sturdy which explains the fact of it being a little heavy. Metal is heavier than plastic, you get what you pay for.

This vacuum cleaner works great, especially on cat hair. I like the way it rotates around corners. Why pay hundreds more for a Dyson, this cleaner does everything for a fraction of the cost.

this is my first bag less vacuum. it does have great suction but it is a little bit too heavy. I guess I'm use to a lighter model.

A bit heavy and complicated for very old or very young users but a good, solid vacuum cleaner that will meet any household need.

This vacuum seems to be powerful but it's difficult to maneuver under beds and furniture. I am accustomed to using a vacuum with a canister and removable bag. After at least thrty years of usage it lost most of its power, so I bought the Hoover. Within 2 weeks of my purchase, I decided to fix my old vacuum. The cost for the repair was somewhat greater than the price of the Hoover, but I'm thrilled with the results.

This vacuum is soo powerful, and it pulls everything out of the carpet. The only down side I have found is that it works too good and I have to clean the filter and other various parts from time to time to make sure it is working its best. I also like that I can detach the main vac section from the part used for floors, this is helpful when vacuuming steps or my cars.

The vacuum is good for every job in the house. I love all the parts that come with the vacuum. I like how easy is to clean.

This is a great vacuum. We have had it for several months. It provides great suction and is easy to maneuver. Other reviews said it was hard to handle because the motor is not in the base, but I have not have trouble with this. My wife, who is 5'1", says that it was awkward at first but she got used to it quickly and loves it. She says it's easier to maneuver than our previous vacuum because the head is smaller and the neck bends. I was concerned about the small head, thinking that it would take longer to clean the floor, but the added maneuverability more than compensates. For example, it's much easier to clean around and under the coffee table because the head goes around and between the legs easily and we don't always have to move it. At first, I was excited about the detachable feature and we used it to clean the ceiling fans. I was disappointed because there didn't appear to be any suction, but then my wife figured out that you have to press the attachments down onto the blades of the fan (I was just passing the attachments across the top). When you press down, there is quite a bit of suction. It was a bit of a pain to clean the ceiling fans because it turned into a two-person job (my wife held the unit while I held the ceiling fan blades and worked the attachment). It's easier just to spray some Pledge on a paper towell and clean the blades manually. I don't think we've detached the unit since, but it's good to know it works if we ever need it. I recommend this vacuum without reservation.

Excellent suction and maneuverability. Detaching the canister from the upright is cumbersome, otherwise it would get 5!

I really love the easy to use vacuum. I have lots of stairs and the unit has lots of unique features. Light and easy to use.

Great vacuum. Has smaller cleaning path than our last vacuum but this gives it more suction. Cleans carpet great and the brush roll has auto turn off so when you stand it upright the brush stops to prevent carpet or rug burn. The head pivots and rolls around like a dyson. Feels like a sports car. My kids love to roll it around. Dust cup comes off easily and it is well built. I would purchase again.

We had a Eureka brush roll cleaner that worked well but kids broke it. We got this Hoover and immediately noticed it picks up more dust and hair. We had been at new house and used old vacuum plenty of times and when we used new Hoover it picked up a lot of stuff other vacuum missed. I only did 4 stars because the head of the vacuum is slightly narrower than our old one so it don't clean as wide of a path. The fact it cleans better is worth the trade off. It is little heavier but you can feel it's well built and handles really well, you can go in a circle with this. One cool feature that stands out is when u stand it upright the roll stops itself so it don't burn carpet up or rug if your picking something up and leave on, when u pivot it back down to start cleaning again it turns itself back on. You can also turn it off for cleaning hard wood floors. It's picks up really well and eliminates the need to sweep. Just vac and mop. Another reason I gave it 4 stars is attachments. It has plenty but one of them we take off because it falls off if u bump it during vacuuming. This isn't a big problem and with all the filters it has and the ease to change them I almost gave 5 stars. I would buy again. Maybe next model with the auto rewind. We bought this one with manual cord. Kids love to use and want to help daily. My son is 5 and he uses it daily.

I recently bought this vacuum and absolutely love it! I have several pets and this cleans so well and has several awesome useful attachments. It is very strong with picking up and easy to empty the canister and clean the filter. The canister itself and the hose is detachable for easy cleaning. This is the best vacuum cleaner I have ever had, especially with having dogs and cats.

The air flow is pretty good. The weight is slightly more than we'd like. The turbo brush is great for pet hair.

Suction is awesome. Use for hard wood floor and my carpet. Easy to handle.

This unit has very good suction but it is heavier than usual when used as an upright. Thew portability of the vacuum unit causes it to have a very high center of gravity which can be tiring if you use the upright on floors and the suction hose is not as long as I would like.

Got a great deal on this vacuum, so I really can't complain too much, but the jury is not out yet on whether I actually like the swivelly, uber-pivoting head / canister thing. The upside is I have to read the instruction booklet again to see if there is a way I can lock the vacuum into place so that the canister does not pivot around so much which is kind of weird and unnatural feeling and is also further made difficult by the heaviness of the canister itself. Hard on my wrists. :( I have not yet had the occasion to lift the canister away from the upright frame, I don't really think I will need to do that often, and this feature was not the reason for my selection of this model. The price and the ibotta rebate were. The footprint (mouthprint?) of the vacuum's head is smaller than most, which can be good when getting into tighter spaces but in a large room it feels like a lot of back and forth to cover 100% of the floor. Good for my arm muscles I suppose. Brushroll appears strong which is great on my no-rug household. The filter is large and seems like it will trap a lot. We shall see how much love this vacuum gets in future uses. Buy with coupons and rebates as best you can and get big bucks off/back.

This is a good vacuum especially for smaller areas. The main downside is the small width. It takes more passes with the vacuum compared to our old Dysen. The other concern is the tools often fall off while vacuuming. The suction is strong and the tools very easy to use
