I could not believe how easy it was to understand working instructions. Plenty of power, easy to use. Special attachments work perfect. The moveable handle deriction is really cool. I shopped all over town and this vacumn at Best Buy had the best price. Plenty of staff people to help you. A very good buying experience from an expert in applianaces right there to answer any question. I could not be happyer, and would recommend this to anyone. I buy all my appliance needs at Best Buy. No need to go any where else. I rate this 4-5 stars. I could not be happier with my purchase.

I have a smaller version of this vacuum for an area rug in my basement so I knew this would be good. This vacuum has such strong suction power that it will pick up any dust or dirt you didn't know was in your rug! The best part is the option to turn off the bristles and go to hardwood floors. Great suction from the hose as well. I'm buying another to keep on my 2nd floor. I cannot believe what it pulled out of my rugs that I vacuum weekly. And the cord that you plug in is nice and long. You can cover a large room without moving from one plug to another. Yay Hoover!

I was hesitant to make this purchase after reading multiple reviews on various sites. It was between the Hoover and Dyson Compact Animal-both had rave reviews and horrible reviews. I decided on the Hoover and am glad I did. It's surprisingly quiet-in comparison to my old vacuum and my neighbor's Dyson. Switching to the handheld attachment takes a min (relocate hose to handheld output), but the suction is great and it cleans very well. Emptying the canister is easy & the length of the cord allows me to vacuum a large area without having to unplug it & plug into a a closer outlet. All in all, I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

I was using a hoover before and it was old. I saw this one and gave it a shot based on the reviews. 1. Suction is ridiculously good. So good, some of my throw rugs that I used to vacuum effortlessly I now have to stand on each side of the rug otherwise the vacuum will suck it up. 2. The easy access to the brush on/off button and the auto brush shut off when it is upright is great. The way to get around the heavy suction on small rugs is to shut off the brushes. 3. QUIET. It actually has "whistle" sound from the brushes, which is louder than the actual vacuum motor itself. That's a good thing. I was able to vacuum with my 1 and 3 year old napping, no issues. My last vacuum would have waken up my neighbors. 4. Light weight 5. Looks good. 6. Easy access to the dirt housing. Clips off with 1 easy button, hold over your trash and push one button and the bottom "falls" out and dumps everything, with little to no effort. 7. The turning head is awesome. Never had that feature before and never understood the benefit. No I know. Makes life a lot easier to maneuver. Not as much lifting and swaying the vacuum around. 8. No complaints!

I bought this vacuum to have a second one that is specifically for our second floor and stairs. Now that we've had the vacuum for a few months, we've been very happy with it. It definitely does a great job picking up anything on the carpet, including the dog hair from our short-haired dogs. I also appreciate that it is not as loud as past vacuums we've had, and is very easy to maneuver as it is light weight. I wish the canister on it was larger, but that's not the end of the world. I would recommend this if you need something for smaller areas or just part of your home. If I was using this for our whole house, then the canister issue would be much bigger for me.

Great vacuum cleaner that is easy to maneuver around furniture with lots of power. Easy to empty dust bin and long lasting filters that do not require replacement until 5 years of use. The power cord is more than long enough to reach a couple of rooms at a time and is easily wound up on the side. The only downside I have is the handle, though it feels nice, feels a little flimsy after a couple of uses even though the screws are tight. Other than that, it is worth the money.

My wife and I owned the same Hoover bagless vacuum for nearly 12 years and recently had to replace it. After reviewing all kinds of vacuums and considering buying another brand, I came across this model and it seemed to have good reviews and was reasonably priced. The power has been fantastic -- picking up dirt and dust that must have been buried for years. It is VERY easy to maneuver and runs quieter than our previous vacuum. So far we are very pleased.

I was looking for an alternative to a dyson. The hoover was on sale and is a great option. The build quality is good and the suction is great. The steering works well, not quite as well as the dyson but still good. Overall I'd recommend this vacuum to anyone.

As the dreadfull day of having to purchase a new vacumn Im excited to say this vacumn is amazing. Sure vacumns work the best when new- but wow ! Even the first use I filled the cyclone unit with everything I thought would have been picked up by my original vacumn. I'm very impressed

I bought this as a Dyson alternative because of the price difference and the features. I am very pleased with the suction and the maneuverability of this vacuum cleaner. It simply gets the job done - works well on hardwood floors too.

This vacuum works really well! The suction and the brush work hand in hand to clean quickly and thoroughly. The attachments and set up of accessing the hose and pieces can be a lil annoying but they are air tight and do a great job.

I was not going to buy the newer style vacuums based on my belief that the old conventional vacuums are better and stronger. I decided to try this one because it was on sale and if it broke I 'll just buy another old style one. But this little vacuum is great. I am surprised how good it works and how lightweight and easy it moves around the house. Could not be more happier with this purchase.

Its so powerful vacum and easy to run , fits everywhere and the cord is really long so no need to unpluged to move somewhere else
