This item was reasonably priced. It cleans beautifully and is easy to operate. I never thought my couch would ever come clean, but it did and looks like new.

This was a replacement purchase. I burned up my other hover steam cleaner from using so often. When I first saw this product in person , looking at it was disappointing foom its smaller size. This is one case wher bigger is not always better. After one use my confidence was restored & than some. It's literally a pleasure to use,Not trying to sound like a commerical. Love this machine with 8 Shih Tzu's under foot. It's used at least weekly if not more.

My wife wanted this and is happy with it. It is easy to assemble and simple to operate once you figure it out. It is not very wide and wash a path takes four passes: 2 wet with detergent and then 2 to dry, then 2 wet with rinse and 2 to dry. So if it is a large area it takes a little bit of time. The detergent that came with it took out all but the hardest of stain which was easily removed with a spot remover afterwards. A couple of notes. You put hot water in the rinse compartment. It does not heat the rinse water. Also if you plan to do much cleaning at all shop around and buy the detergent in a large container. There is an extreme economy of scale in buying it. So it is great if you want something lightweight but if you can handle the weight and want to clean larger areas frequently you may want to consider a larger unit.

I bought this carpet cleaner when I moved into a new home. It was cheaper to buy my own carpet cleaner than to have someone come in to clean an entire house. This cleaner worked excellent to remove the smoke/dirt in the carpets throughout the entire house. My only problem is that I cannot get all of the water out of the tanks in order to store the unit. Other than this minor problem, the machine works excellent.

Very easy to use! Light weight enough where it doesn't kill my back to push the machine around. Very easy to install. Cleaned my carpet very well.

I'm a mom of 3 kids aged 3 and under with a 90 pound shedding dog ...so carpets can get pretty dirty. I read reviews on this for months and watched plenty of YouTube videos then finally took the plunge when it went on sale. Instructions were easy to follow and loved how clean my carpets were after. The attachment tools work great to get small spots up and love that they are able to hang separate from the cleaner so it's not as bulky.

A couple days ago, i used this cleaner for the first time, and I wasn't disappointed! It's interesting, yet disgusting, how much crud can come out of your carpeting, even when it looks relatively clean. During the "wash" usage this cleaner did pull a lot of yuck out of my floor, and it pulled out even more when I was doing the "rinse". Definitely a lot easier to use, and clean afterwards, than a Bissel Pro-Heat that I used to have.

This carpet cleaner is great. It works very well. The only 2 cons are that I wish it was a little wider to cover more carpet at a time and that the water containers were a little bit bigger. Besides that, I would highly recommend this cleaner. One major pro is that it isn't as loud as other cleaners. I had a different Hoover prior and it was so LOUD. But in comparison the noise level is fine.

I've used it only once so far and gave the house a good cleaning. It's very simple to put together, and it's easy to use. It is a bit heavy but I didn't have any trouble maneuvering it around furniture. It did a wonderful job on the carpet, with no streaks and didn't leave it sopping wet, so it dried in no time. I'll be doing my dining room soon and I hope I don't have any of the broken handle problems that others have had. I'm pleased with this purchase, have no complaints so far, and I'd recommend this particular carpet cleaner.

I'm glad I invested in this product. Worked very well on my carpet. Cleans well and easy to clean. Light weight and easy to maneuver.

I have only owned this product a few weeks but I have used it many times since purchase (MANY accidents by a potty training puppy). So far I am loving it! It cleans well for a nonprofessional cleaner. I do see a few drips coming from the machine but only when I am reattaching the water reservoir. But I expect that from something that is designed to easily snap together/apart. Otherwise no actual leaks. The reservoirs do not hold a lot of water which causes frequent refills and dumping, but it's not a professional device, it'll only hold but so much. I love the separate water and cleaning solution reservoirs as well as the separate dirty water reservoir, great to continuously use clean water and to have option to just rinse. The attachments (multiple to choose from) are wonderful! The power cord is kinda short but not a deal breaker. Other wise easy to use and cleans the heck out of carpet. I do receive yearly carpet cleaning service and will continue to do so since I'm not sure if this actually is just as good as professional service. I do love it for in between professional servicing and for household accidents (human error or otherwise)

I seem to purchase a new cleaner about every 3 years. Having previously owned more expensive models, this time I chose this model Hoover which was on sale at BestBuy.com. It has by far out-cleaned all my previous systems on a carpet that was well overdue for a cleaning. I was impressed with its performance right from the start. It seems to either not hold as much water or goes through it a little quicker than my previous units but it’s a small tradeoff for a much cleaner carpet. There was no tag on the shelf to show the price at the Wilmington, DE Best Buy and at checkout did not match the sale price on the website. Brought this to the attention of the associate assisting us at the register and it was rectified very quickly, politely and with a small sincere apology. I wish I recalled her name as she is an asset to the store and should be recognized.

This is the first carpet cleaning machine I have purchased. After doing much research and reading customer reviews; this met my needs. Now it is very convenient to clean the carpet on my schedule and clean the areas that need more frequent cleaning. This machine is easy to use and not too heavy. The detergent and water storage capacity is about 1 gallon, making it easier to empty.

Excellent machine! Bought it to clean the carpets in a 2900 sq ft house prior to moving in and it did a great job. Easy to use, not too heavy, broad enough head that it doesn't take forever to clean a room. Also has good suction and doesn't leave the carpets full of water

I have three inside dogs and a cat. I was amazed at how well this carpet cleaner cleaned. We have accidents around here all the time. And I am constantly concerned about my 18 month old grandson putting dropped food in his mouth. Still may have fuzz but at least it's clean. It's also light which I need. I am 60 years old with a bad back and arthritis in both hands and I can still control this carpet cleaner.

I purchased this and it is very light in weight easy to push. Cleans carpet great. Only down fall is tank to small.

Cleans Deep down and has good suction. Water tank goes fast but sure shows what you're picking up and proves it's doing it job.

This product is great for smaller condos and apartments. It worked well on area rugs. It is small and easy to store. It sets up fast and cleans easily. It works very well. I keep a clean house but I could not believe the dirt it picked up. I looked at this a while before purchasing and I am very satisfied with this machine. I will never rent a carpet cleaner again.

I chose this model because it was considered the best non-commercial machine in the affordable price range. Overall, I'm pleased with the machine. It has a rinse function allowing you to go over your carpet again with just water. The cord could be a little longer and the machine a bit wider. It does pick up dirt really well though. We don't wear our shoes in our home and I was surprised to find the amount of dirt I did in my carpet. If you're looking for a good, affordable keep machine then this is it.

I've boughten this one twice. The first time was because it was on sale, and then the Handel broke, which most do after using it often for a few years, the second I've had for a few months now. It's super easy to use, I wish the water tank was bigger but that's the least of my worries. It's easy to use, cleans great and the hand tools are just as easy to use.
