Mine just died after 6 months from purchase. Really , i expected better quality than that! Why make a product designed to last such a short time , very unhappy customer.

Worthless noise machine. This vacuum will not despense cleaner liquid, nor will it vacuum up any water. $150 down the drain. Will not buy another Hoover.

Purchased on May 28 and use once per week on average. Worked great, but less than 3 months later and it won’t even turn on.

Seriously. three reviews on here about the longevity of this thing are 100% accurate. Ive owned 3 of these. All of em, right after 3 months (just after the return window runs out at most big box hardware stores, coincidentally), this thing will just stop working. In all 3, the screws that touch water eventually rust and snap (even if you don't leave water in it), in two of em it starts making this insanely loud noise that legit left me with ringing ears after each time I'd use it, which is impressive, because I toured with a thrash metal band, playing drums live every single night, most of the times without ear plugs, from 2006-2015. Ten years of slowly deafening myself with sonic haymakers every night and this thing STILL made my ears ring after each use. After about a month of use (we'd use it every 3 days or so. because kids.), like clockwork, all of them take a big dump into internal motor failure. I took one apart once after it died, and found this thing would bubble up and seep fluid into the body cavity of this thing, which houses the motor and "electronics" (not even a PCB-- just wires distributing power from the switch to the motor to the wall plug), which would occur from the simple back and forth motion of cleaning the floor with the machine, because of the hoover floor cleaner solution that you have to use essentially just being mildly soapy water which, when jostled back and forth, crates bubbles! Poorly designed product that lures you into a false sense of brand loyalty because it works so well in the first month of use. Also, if your floor is not perfectly flat, it won't work. it has to be a completely smooth surface for the water to suck up correctly, otherwise it'll leave little puddles wherever you have little pockets of non-perfectly-flat-floor. Don't. Waste. Your. Money. Trust me, bro.

I have had this product for 3 months now. It worked well enough, but now will not spray the cleaning solution. Good product if it would last. Maybe I got a bad one?
