Hoover cleans well. It is able to get in and out of tight spaces. Amazed at how well it picks up dirt off floor. Also, quiet and doesn't make dogs bark. It is a MOM's helper.

I love this vacuum robot. I was amazed by how much stuff it could still pick up even after I vacuumed. It's fun to watch it. It cuts down on my vacuuming time. It does get stuck sometimes just like all the other ones do too. I took off the little microfiber pad and this thing seems to go faster. Love This DE

Difficult to use. Difficult to hook up to charger. Doesn’t pick up well on wood floors. Takes really long time to vacuum a room and you’ll need to vacuum afterwards anyway to get the job done. I’ll be returning it

What it promised and I would recommend it over all the others on the market.

I researched it a bit before buying it and it didn't seem to bad (went on Amazon and Google for reviews) the rating it got an Amazon should have been a warning but I still purchased it. It goes through the hardwood floors fine but then it would get stuck in between chairs or under the couch. It somehow got stuck on the thick rug that's about half a inch thick. It tried to speed up but it didn't move any further. I would only recommend this product if you only have wood floors and have almost nothing on the floor for it to get stuck to. The censors it came with to block off areas were kind of useless, it just took a left turn and went right by them. So if you're still going to purchase this, have something else block its path if you don't want it to clean a certain area. The remote and app were equally frustrating to use. The app doesn't save the vacuum you're using so you'll have to enter the vacuum model every time you want to use it and it has basic functions, nothing that lets you program it, etc. just moves up/down/left/right and charge feature. The remote is line of sight from what I've experienced. If you get stuck you have to move the vacuum with the remote manually and then you'll have to press it to clean again. Honestly, the really big problem with this is turning it on once it's done charging. It refused to turn on after it charged fully and not the app or remote could turn it on. Had to manually turn the on/off switch from beneath the vacuum and point the remote about a foot from it to get it to turn on. Took me 5 minutes to get it on. I've had a previous Robot Vacuum and it wasn't too bad, it got stuck less and was more expensive. I thought this being a Hoover Vacuum it would be better but I was wrong. I'm forced to return the product and purchase a different one. Too many bad experiences in the short amount of time I had it.
