Purchased this after moving into a rental home that I felt needed some serious cleaning and is all tile and hardwood floors. Picture shows the difference in two kitchen tiles. Even after mopping, it was gross. The handheld is amazing for window tracks, cirners, baseboards and small, hard to get to places. Best cleaning tool purchase I've ever made.

So far, so good. I’ve only used it once but I found it easy to use and it got the floor clean. I have three dogs and a new grand baby who’s crawling so have to keep the floors clean. Look forward to using this for many years to come.

Came well packaged, easy to assemble. I don't have pets but this does clean very well. Instructions were easy to read and understand. I have not tried it on my vehicles yet or any upholstery.

I bought this mop because it allows one to break it down to a handheld steamer. My previous steam mop was the first original Shark. I was hoping this Hoover mop was going to be the equivalent to or better than my previous mop, but I am sadly disappointed. The steam does not last long. The handle pump action on the handle of my previous machine was great, this one has a small lever that must be depressed in order to maintain steam. Steam recover takes at least 30 seconds vs the old mops 15 seconds. I also am disappointed that purchasing additional mopping pads appears to be unavailable. This mop takes some muscle power. So, be prepared to work out at a gym as the unit is heavy and for those folks with not a lot of upper arm strength, mop daily and you might compete in the next arm wrestling contest. Also, filling the tanks with water requires a very small funnel - Hoover does NOT provide the funnel to fill the water tanks. The water tanks do not hold a lot of water. So if you have an exceptionally dirty floor, and you want to clean the floor with max steam, your main tank will empty quickly and the secondary tank will be accessed. The secondary water tank is very small, squarish and could fit in a beta fish tank. If you are looking for a good steam mop, don’t look at this one overly long and save your $$ for something better.

Great little powerful steamer. Cleaned my tiles with attachment. The attachments aren’t so sturdy, however overall it was a reasonable price and does a good job.

Does what it’s supposed to do but doesn’t have a pad to set it on when it is still hot like my old one had.

Great features and cleaning ability. It simply did not last an entire year. I did not use it extensively so I would expect a longer life. Must say I tried a different brand and did not get a year of use from that one either.

Easy to use and does a GREAT job. It is much easier to use than steam clears that I have owned in the past.

This steam cleaner works great! We use it for windows and our hardwood floor.

I honestly love this cheap little steam cleaner. Its better than using chemicals in my home.

Returning as it doesn’t say it sanitizes, the box only says it deodorizes. I’m assuming since you can use it on vinyl it doesn’t get hot enough to sanitize. I was really excited about all the attachments but oh well. Other Hoover products specify that they sanitize. If you don’t need it to sanitize then I’m sure it’s a great steamer for you!

Absolutely amazing item I didn’t know I ever needed! Lol I go on a kick from cleaning the bathroom to the windows, floors, walls, carpet I mean everything even your car!

I purchased a Shark steam mop earlier this year and used it twice and was satisfied with the job it did on my kitchen floor. My mother in law borrowed it (she still has it). I decided to let her keep it and I went to Best Buy and bought this one because of it’s versatility. It literally cleaned a layer of dirt off the floor that wasn’t noticeable until I used this steamer. Totally noticeable clean! I would recommend this over the Shark model any day.

I like this project, especially for the everyday streaming the floor’s and occasional steaming and deeper cleaning. However the biggest issue is that the water reservoir is very small when you take it off the base to use as a handheld.

I absolutely love this steam mop! The best part is there are no chemicals and it works on carpet too!

Not so powerful that I can cleanup the bath tub but great in flooring
