Now there's a wireless version of this control, but it's pretty bulky and $100 for 1. Now, for this wired one, if you play 1 v 1 fighting games on the playstation, then this is the control to get. (Must be set up in the PC first) works for the PS4, PS5, and PC just remember to change the switch on the back. clicky arcade based buttons also 2 extra shoulder buttons that are welcome addition. Probably the only downside is the positioning of the analog and the d pad but other than that, it's the best fighting controller for the PS5

It's okay, just need one more button. But overall, it's easier to use in a fighting game.

The controller is wired which is an inconvenience but I've been playing video games since Atari so that wasn't a big problem. It was having to reconfigure the controller because L1/R1 were not in their traditional positions and the reconfiguration process was a bit confusing.

As the title says the "R2" Button became stuck during the first 24 hours Really disappointed that it didn't even last for a day. I just started the return process, so I'll head back to the store and we'll see how it goes. Planning on getting a replacement and I will adjust my rating based on the experience with the 2nd controller. Going with the score as a "3" for now and will update. I know there are random defects and everything might be great with the replacement. Again, super disappointed. Hori's quality has seriously gone down hill and it makes me question ever spending my hard earned money on their products again.

It’s more convenient for fighting games durable perfect

If you regularly play fighting games, then this pad is a must.

Really great controller for fighting games. Remapping of the buttons is really awesome abs connects to playstation with ease. Dpad is great also even without the sensitvity features.

The controller feels really good and is responsive. Great deal for the price.

Not a perfect controller, but I needed a better dpad

It’s pretty good for games like street fighter but button layout takes time getting use too. It really just comes down to preference of your fighting game inputs.

We bought it as a back up controller for our son. He likes it.
