Great product! It works well, feels sturdy, and matches the description perfectly. Shipping was fast, and setup was easy. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and would buy it again.

Great d-pad. Good analog sticks. Good face buttons. Decent grip design - it doesn't feel as comfortable as something like the Satisfye grip, but it's better than just the joy-cons. It does make the unit *very* long. No rumble, and no wireless. Biggest disappointment are the back buttons: they can only be programmed to a corresponding button on each half. That makes the left one pretty useless for a lot of use cases.

Great feel, especially when playing shooters & long hours on the device. The draw back is these do not have any rumble, but are very light because of this.

Functionally these work great, they are much easier to travel with than my other handles that clamp around the entire switch. The downside is you lose any rumble functionality since they replace the actual joycons. Some games this may not mattter, but if you are used to the rumble on a game that you play often it will feel weird at first as you adjust.

The controller is large enough that my hands are comfortable when operating the sticks. There are turbo buttons that you can assign on each controller, but they aren’t intuitive to use. The plastic material and buttons feel sturdy and durable. It’s definitely worth the upgrade if you are tired of the default joycons cramping your hands.

Son broke the original pair and chose these as replacement, liked the remote feel and larger handles no problems with compatibility and connections! Ease of use top tier

I love this controller, the original joycons are too small for my hands and made playing in handheld mode uncomfortable. These are huge upgrade when it comes to comfort and it's been several weeks of constant gameplay and I have not seen any signs of joystick drift. Not to mention the design is good to look at and make my switch really standout amongst those of friends and family.

I want to start this review off by saying this product is for handheld mode ONLY. Reviewers leaving negative comments didn't read the description of the item, nor did they read the box the item came in. Excellent product. Excellent price. Definitely increases the comfort of handheld mode which is perfect when I want to watch football and game at the same time. The controller has a matte type finish which is good for those with sweaty hands or long game sessions. Grip remains fantastic and hands stay comfortable.

Great keep the id busy and everyone can play and share it's worth getting the extra set. Kids love it and play together now despite age difference.

I have really enjoyed this and find it to be the best solution for the standard joycons issues during extended handheld play. It feels better in the hands (much lighter than I expected), joy sticks are smooth and not too touchy, and the lost long D pad makes a very accepted return. I do wish the buttons weren't as loud for nights I play in bed next to my partner. All in all, best solution I've found so far (Fingers crossed for a better switch pro handheld comfort).

Bought this a second time; one for me, one for my brother. It's so comfortable; I prefer it over the standard joy cons. It doesn't vibrate; if that's a major factor for you, I wouldn't get them. But if you're like me and indifferent about that, you'll love them.

Hori split pads is of great design and great quality. It has added back trigger buttons that can be programmed. However, it lacks a number of important features: 1. No vibration 2. No Gyro sensor 3. No bluetooth (own work when attached) Without these features, you cannot enjoy AAA titles like Zelda BOTW. Many games also has vibration, so when using Hori split pads, i miss the vibration features even if gyro sensor features are not that common with games.

Changed my entire Switch experience when handheld. My fingers used to get numb from the scrunched button/hand placement after playing for more than 15 minutes... the hori split pad totally resolves the issue, 1000x more comfortable. Only downside is that they aren't powered/don't feature rumble support.

Great quality. Feels like OEM materials. The clicks and locks are solid. No jiggle or loose points. The button are very tactical and precise like the OEM pro controller. Well worth the money if you need better ergonomics for long hours of gaming. That said, it makes your switch look huge and it’s harder to find a case trust still fit toy switch when attached. I will sacrifice ergonomics over portability any day.

What a game changer these are! Completely changes the dynamic and comfort of playing the switch hand held. Super duper light weight and feel really good in the hands. Completely opposite of the joycons which bunch up your hands and feel uncomfortable with longer playing sessions. These are a must!

Great gift for my kiddo. Needed to replace joy cons , this worked so much better and a better price since he plays mostly handheld. The design was a plus!

This controller set has been a blessing for my child! He loves it and even thought he had received a brand new nintendo switch lol. Everything works great and all the buttons are very sensitive. We love it!

No gyro, slightly more comfortable than joy cons. Doesn't have that hefty feel that a lot of Nintendo products have, very lightweight though. I'd recommend buying if you are primarily interested in the turbo function, but I wouldn't recommend if your primary goal is comfort.

Initial impressions: cheaper than Factory Joycons and more comfortable for larger hands, with bonus of added programmable buttons on the back that you can leave unprogrammed and just click for fun during cutscenes without skipping them if you have the specific flavor of ADD that I have.

Controller feels a tad to light, but it gets the job done. if you're using the switch in hand held mode, especially with large hands these controllers fit like a glove. I'm starting to experience some drift with the left controller and I tend to keep my electronics clean and not touch them when I'm eating. Be sure to buy some warranty on these sets as I'm not sure how long they will last - even for a non-hardcore gamer like myself.
