Love it. I usually run 6.3 miles outdoors. Due to the weather, I have to change my habit to run indoors instead. It's actually better than I thought. The long platform puts me at ease when I transition from a faster pace to a slower pace. There are pre-programmed functions that you can use without connecting to the application. The first thing you need to do is "update the firmware." It can't connect to my watch for the heart rate, but after I update the firmware, everything is working as expected. You will need the USB-A and copy the latest firmware from the Horizon website before the treadmill can actually discover your watch. I am using this Horizon AT 7.0 with a Pixel watch and the Zwift program for virtual running. It is awesome and makes the boring run on the treadmill more interesting. The Horizon AT 7.0 is just what I need, with the incline for 15 levels, and the max speed is 12 mph. Overall, I'm glad that I make a decision to buy the unit. It may be a little more expensive for the mid-level, but you will not be disappointed. I am comparing this unit to the Sole F63 and decided to go with this model.

I'm 5'9 about 205, my wife is 5'4 and half my weight (haha). I purchased this treadmill mainly for the incline feature and initially disappointed. I love walking at an incline. From 1-12% it's perfect though at 15% I can feel the motor's limitations. There's a slight slip and my walking speed feels accelerated. If you're used to a "commercial grade" treadmill this might be disappointing. My wife cannot tell the difference and loves it. After two weeks of usage and tweaking the belt (PLEASE add lubrication) I really have to focus to notice the slip at max incline. Overall the unit feels solid, great price to performance, and we're satisfied. I do not recommend this product for heavyset individuals primarily focused on incline walks (at 15%). 1-12% for my body type feels perfect for both walking and jogging pace. Consider a unit with a more powerful motor.

I bought this because my previous treadmill from Horizon that lasted over 17 years. I really like that this one can connect to my Apple Watch. Also I bought from Best Buy because their delivery service was much less expensive but still awesome!

This treadmill is exactly what we were looking for! It's quiet enough to use while the kids are asleep and super sturdy for running. It also has a few pre-programmed options, when others in this price range did not. It actually feels more like a gym treadmills than any others I've tried - especially how quickly and smoothly it transitions between inclines. The biggest drawback is due to my height (4'11). The fan blows above my head, even at the highest incline. Additionally, the device tray sits too high for me to use. The other drawback is that the features/buttons aren't intuitive - there's definitely a learning curve. A final note - customer service seems to be very attentive. We had two issues upon arrival - the bottle of silicone lubricant was broken and the heart rate monitor wasn't accurate. They have been quick to respond and address both issues.

So far so good. Only complaint is it took me a while to find the right tightness for each side of the belt tensioner so the belt would stop moving to one side and rubbing. Other than that I have been enjoying it so far.

Perfect for walking. If you want incline and if you want to run, this is not a treadmill for you. The power is too slow when you stop on the treadmill it stops for a second causing your knees to jerk.

I paid extra service to pick up the old treadmill and Best Buy did not pickup the old treadmill. It was impossible to reschedule a pickup. I received the refund by disputed the cost with my credit card. As for the product itself, the treadmill stopped working after 4 months of use. Keeps rebooting. Not solid, not reliable.

One Screw Missing. Horizon Service takes 2 weeks to review. Unacceptable.

I’m really impressed with this treadmill so far. It runs much quieter than my previous one, which makes a huge difference during early morning workouts. The incline goes all the way up to 15%, and that extra height has made my walks and runs feel more challenging in a good way. I also appreciate that the motor is actually built for running, not just casual walking it feels strong, smooth, and consistent even during longer sessions. Overall, it’s been a great upgrade for my daily routine.

The treadmill itself has good features and a nice design, but the build quality was disappointing out of the box. Several bolts were missing or damaged, which prevented proper assembly and affected the incline function from working correctly. The connector for the incline motor could not be secured due to this issue. When functioning, it seems like it would perform well, but quality control needs improvement. Expect better for this price range. So, I don't know if this was BestBuy fault or the manufacturer fault in regards to the quality we received. But definitely room for improvement.

The machine working well when we put lift level is zero. However, when we increase to level 2.0 then the trail was start vibrate a little seems the stand is not stable enough. We did not try more higher lift level and speed keep under 2.7 or less.

We upgraded to this treadmill and love it. The shock cushion is great and I don’t feel the pressure on my ankles when I run. Really quiet and works excellent

I love the comfort and ease of use with my new treadmill. Now getting my steps in daily is a breeze and my husband is using it too, so it's very convenient to program it for each of our use.

I've have had this for a few weeks a so far I love it! My husband put it together in less than an hour!
