Amazing graphics and great gameplay. I’m a fan of the series and had been looking forward to this since it was announced. The special edition has a really nice art book and some dlc for Aloy when you progress far enough. The game blew me away when I started playing it and that was even after seeing the teaser trailer and gameplay. Highly recommended.

One of the best games of all generations! And I've been playing video games since Pong! Breathtaking visuals, stunning music and a mega epic story! Highly recommend! I got the special edition, which comes with a nice printed artbook and a steelbook case. The game won't be any less awesome without them but they are nice keepsake's.

Amazing game, shows the power of the PS5 and outdoes the first game.

Forbidden West is all the best parts of a sequel. Better combat, more variety, more weapons, armor, ammo, more diverse locations, better/bigger story, better quests...etc. It starts a little slow but once the game opens up it will suck you in. By far the best game of 2022 so far.

I have been playing this game for two or three days now and so far I think it might be the best ps5 game of the year it has a good story line and looks good and best of all I am having fun playing it I would say run out and buy yourself a copy now.

This is honestly one of the best looking games right now for the PS5. I just platinum the game and it took me about 70 hours and I still have tons of side missions to do. Combat is great, graphic is great, everything about this game is great.

A Gorgeous follow up to the 2017 Zero Dawn game. A must play for first time playstation owner and veteran owners as well. The game is fun, action packed and has a great sci fi story. Its worth picking up. 5 out of 5.

Everything that you loved about the first Horizon but with the beauty of the PS5 powering it! Has a great story with some interesting side characters and great world to explore. Highly recommended!

Excellent Experience and best open world I've played... Its the new standard, and if the most lively world to date... Game has some pop-in and glitches like evey open world but its so minor that you will not even worry...

Horizon Zero Dawn was an awesome entry into a new series and Forbidden West takes everything and cranks it up a notch, like any good sequel. Graphics, music, gameplay, all are familiar but tuned in different ways. The story was a little more straightforward in my opinion, and it definitely leverages existing knowledge from the previous game. But it's such a joy to just glide around, find collectibles, and battle the machines. It is one of those games with a lot of question marks on the map but you really don't have to explore everything, even if you want the platinum trophy. Definitely worth it for PS5 with 60 FPS and you still get great visuals.

Horizon Zero Dawn was one of my all-time favorite games- it’s #11 on my all-time list. But I really wondered about Forbidden West at first. The graphics are great, the machines look really good, and there’s better movement mechanics. But at the beginning, the gameplay & story were a bit too boring and repetitive. There’s was a basic formula. Ride quite a way to a destination- which is either a village or a cave. At the village you just talk to the chiefs and get permission to go further west. In the caves you just find relics of the past civilization. There’s climbing, some challenges, and some puzzles. By about 9 hours in I thought I was going to stop playing. But then the game got better. It got more exciting with more action. It was better the farther west you go- like to Las Vegas & San Francisco. I would have liked more time in San Francisco. I waited 5 years for this sequel and thought it would be great. I’m altering my original rating to an 9/10 or 4/5.

Good tough game. I liked the 1st one better. Some cool robots though.

The graphics are excellent and the main story is very compelling, but I feel like they tried to do too much with the combat and gear systems. Feels much harder and more grindy than Zero Dawn was. I'm still enjoying it a ton, and the steelbook itself is gorgeous, but I'm not sure this will be as impactful as the first installment overall.

This game is one of the best game for Horizon. Way better than part one in my opinion. I love the visuals, gameplay and the story. Anyone who has a ps5 should get this game.

Game is amazing. Challenging with an interesting story. Continues the 1st installments story. Landscapes are amazing and the open world aspect is a cherry on top

Amazing Story, Beautiful Graphics, Extraordinary Gameplay, Super Fast Load Times, Heavenly Soundtrack! The developers were in their bag when they made this.

I will keep this short and give ya’ll… 2 pointers! The 1st is… if you haven’t played the 1st Horizon Zero Dawn…. You have missed out on an amazing game and need to play it before getting into The Forbidden West! Because the story is that good that you need to know the origins! About Forbidden West though!!!! I am so happy with 98% of it, I will play this a few times over! The 1 thing I was disappointed with was the melee combat! But other than that… everything else builds on so much bigger and better than the original game. So again, short and sweet! Play this game!!!!!!
