Great extras make rewatching and re-rewatching the film very enjoyable! The movie is well crafted with great direction. Kudos to the Brits for showing the US how to really do a "buddy cop" flick! The film is well paced with a reasonable amount of action, a great twist, excellent comic timing, and plenty of intra- and extra-genre references for the movie buff.

Hot Fuzz does for cop movies what Wright's previous film, Shaun of the Dead, does for zombie flicks. It is chock full of genre references, witty dialogue, and a comic brilliance that entertain both the average viewer and full-fledge film geeks. I highly recommend this blu-ray.

A great comedy and as I have said before: Very funny, exciting, dramatic, spell binding, edge of your seat thriller, no dead zombies, family movie, rated R, funny. At the end of the movie you may leave thinking wow; Britain is a pretty creepy place. Or; wow I'm moving to Britain. Though your response to this movie with those choices is sort of like a life question as well as a personal opinion

Hot Fuzz, part Stakeout part Point Break 100% pure comedic genius. This film from the team that brought us the comedy-horror film Shaun of the Dead recreate the buddy cop film with this one. With an excellent story line which leaves you laughing in stitches and cringing in fear you will not want to pass the chance to add this gem to your DVD collection today.

OK so this is probably the funniest movie ever - second only to Shaun of the Dead from the same guys (Edgar Wright, Simon Pegg, & Nick Frost). Watch Shaun of the Dead first so that you catch all of this movie's references to it. Try to figure out who plays Simon Skinner during the movie - I absolutely loved his character.

I didn't expect to like Shaun of the Dead, but loved it. So the bar set for Hot Fuzz was pretty high. I have to say that Simon Pegg and Nick Frost did a great job with HF - it is well paced, has a decently kooky plotline, continuous laughs and (suprisingly) great action that keeps you watching. Pegg & Frost did it again!

This is one of the best movies made in the past few years. Similar to Shaun of the Dead being a Comedy combined with Horror, this film is a Comedy combined with an Action. If you are looking for a good comedy, or a good action movie you do not need to look any further. You will be entertained from beginning to end.

Perhaps the best movie I've seen all year! Great storytelling, combined with British wit and American style oneupmanship makes for a hilarious and smashing comedy/action flick. While I'm not always one to bother with the special features, I couldn't wait to check out these, and I wasn't disappointed.

Simon Pegg, Edgar Wright and Nick Frost deliver yet another excellent piece of entertainment. Yeah sure it's a little more wacky and zany than Shaun of the Dead, but it works and it's awesome. I don't even care how I come off in this review, I just want people to know this is a good movie.

I have been a huge fan of Simon Pegg and Nick Frost since their British tv comedy, Spaced, and of course adored Shaun of the Dead. Hot Fuzz features the same brilliant cinematography as well as the smart, snappy humor that make this comedic duo so fantastic. I highly recommend it to anyone!

Hot Fuzz is one of the best movies I've seen. I bought this without watching it and I have no regrets! It turned out to be one of my favorite movies. Simon Pegg and Nick Frost make a great comic pair. You won't be sorry for buying this movie. Definitely worth it!

As much as I love and have rewatched Shaun of the Dead, this movie shows that the incredibly talented can do even better. I already watched it 5 times since I got it. Well worth the money at twice the price.

Hot Fuzz, the second Edgar Wright/Simon Pegg film, is anything but a letdown. The black, British humor makes you want to watch it over and over and over. Hot Fuzz is one of the funniest movies I've seen.

I really enjoyed this movie. As well as "The Shawn of the Dead" these guys did an excellent job. But don't watch it if you're not into dry english humor, or you don't like british pronuncuation.

Hot fuzz is an outstanding film from its highbrow humor to its bar room comedy. Story might start off a bit slow if you just want some action; however, when the action starts it is amazingly funny.

If you liked "Shaun of the Dead", then this is right up your alley. Instead of sending up horror movies, this time Simon Pegg and Nick Frost take on the buddy cop action comedies like Bad Boys.

This is a good movie. I have also learned that any movie with simon pegg and nick frost in it together will be an awesome movie. The story line is very creepy but like funny at the same time. the bar that wasin shaun of the dead is in this movie, which is cool. This movie is awesome.

the first time i watched this movie i wasn't real impressed. I didn't even really laugh. maybe because i was expecting something a little different. then I watched it again and i was laughing all the way through. it's a hilarious movie with an interesting plot. I would definately recommend it.

Hot Fuzz was a great movie, but i saw Saun Of The Dead first what i thought they did a much better performance in. Another thing that what was good about Hot Fuzz they took stuff from Saun Of The Dead and did it in Hot Fuzz. I recommend this movie, but watch Saun Of the Dead first.
