Cheap entertainment that you wouldn’t admit is in your collection. Better than the sequel, but basically something to watch when there is absolutely nothing on TV, unfortunately that is becoming too frequent.

This is a really funny high concept comedy. Generally, when I read about a comedy with a convoluted plot involving time travel, I'm expecting the worst (other than the Greatest Movie Ever Made, Back to the Future). But HTTM surprised me, though considering the cast, I probably should have had higher expectations. If you enjoy the stars of this movies other work, you'll enjoy them in this. Its got John Cusack, how bad could it be?

every so often movies come along about reliving the past/time travel/changing history (see: 18 Again!,17 Again, Peggy Sue Got Married, Back to the Future, The Best of Times, The 12 Monkeys, Groundhog Day, Looper, Donnie Darko). This is definitely a great take on one of those. Great funny cast even if Clark Duke looks like Velma from Scooby Doo. Great to see John Cusack actually funny again and even seems to poke fun at himself while doing it. Best of all, they go back to the 1980's in classic fashion.

This movie is hilarious! Saw it in theaters when it came out, loved it, and forgot about it. Then I bought it, watched it 3 or 4 more times, loved it even more. Every time I watch it, I see or hear something I missed before. Since I'm a Cusack fan, I expected him to be my favorite, and he is great, but Rob Corddry and Clark Duke steal the show. You will probably appreciate this movie a whole lot more if you're a child of the 80s like I'm, I also loved the soundtrack, very nostalgic.

Okay movie for older family members had some funny parts.

If you grew up in the 80s, this film will take you down memory road but if you weren't alive during the time the movie takes place, you will still have a lot of fun with it. Nice, low price. Hilarious comedy that has a sequel on the way. I believe this will be a great addition to your collection.

This movie is a must if you are looking for laughs and a good night. You have to order this movie and watch it before the sequel hits the theaters this summer. It's one of those movies that never gets old and you can watch it over and over. Best Buy.com price made it an even better buy!

Wouldn't let kids watch this movie, but didn't buy it for that. It's one of those movies I think you have to remember that it isn't made for the dramatic academy award category. Lewd humor but made to be a little off-center. Laugh at the stupid stuff kind of thing.

I found this movie to become more of a classic after viewing the sequel so I purchased it in the bargain bin. For the price it was worth adding to my collection. Sometimes a funny Cusack moment is all you need...in this movie series it really is Rob Cordry who steals the show tho...guy is funny.

For as long as it was out I had avoided watching this thinking it a boring mind-numbing waste of time. I was pressured into watching it and was pleasantly surprised. It was crass humor at it's best without the veneer of being more than that.

Growing up in the 80's just made this movie more comical and nostalgic. If you are looking for some to make you laugh and mindless this movie can do that. It was very fun to watch. Best if you are in your fifties for all of the 80's references

A funny movie. Has scenes and language that would not be fitting for the entire family. There are plenty of situational laughs to make this a smart purchase.

Cusack may be billed as the lead in this one but Corddry and Craig T. Robinson steal the show. Hilarious moments are abound in this comedy that takes us back to the 80s. Great soundtrack as well. Highly recommended!

This is a fun Saturday afternoon movie, grab a coke, chips and this movie. This movie is National Lampoon/Satuday Night Live style humor, it will never win any awards, its strickly a movie you watch when you want to have a good time.

As a child of the 80's, this movie really struck a chord with me. The ambiance of the film is perfect and it was pretty accurate for the time period it represents. Seeing John Cusack in a lead role about the 80's was really cool. I would recommend this movie to anyone who fondly remembers the 80's.

Reviewing this based on what I saw on TV (which was only a little). Excited to watch the full movie now. What I saw was funny, but a few of the jokes fell flat. The plot is original and the actors are funny. Should be pretty good!

In a movie about 4 guys that go back in time to relive a past vacation, there's not a lot of mindblowing plot here. It does manage to elicit some laughs throughout just as long as you don't try to take it too seriously.

I purchased this movie for my collection because the movie is funny and I also love period pieces of times that I lived through. Great clean picture a must see and add so I can watch it anytime that I want to and unrated. Killer price too

silly movie of four guys going back in time during the 80's and trying to relieve the glory days. along the way suprises and mayhem occurs before going back home to their time.

This is one of those movies that will eventually turn into a Cult Classic, like Animal House. The Story Line is Hilarious, and the antics leading up to every moment in the movie keeps you in suspense. Worth the money all around.
