Same here, box came already opened. Not a good decision for Hot Wheels to do a mail in for Best Buy. Odds is this is taking place at Best Buys distribution center or at the stores. I give one star because the whole thing was screwed up.

I was excited to get my first half case of cars ever! Until I found almost 1/3 of the cars were fantasy. It’s not worth it, even being able to get two of the promo WRXs I did get doubles. No TH, no STH.

Case was opened up by store staff and re-taped. No reason to do so since these were sold as a case.

It's odd buying Hot Wheels from Best Buy but it was a good mix with no duplicates, and the transaction was easy.

The box was crushed and the cards was bent and had to go back in the store and buy the single ones that was damaged
