Great range, oven light did not work.

Waited 12 days to get a serviceman out to fix the problem. He is coming in the morning to repair it. Nice lip so that spills or boil overs do not run down side of stovetop. Beautiful cleaning.

We have our new range for only two weeks, but enjoy the new range. The excellent is an early rating, but I cannot see the rating going down.

Takes longer then normal for cooking elements to heat up. Using a separate thermometer to gauge the oven. It is off by 30 degrees. I ignored one reviewers comment about the storage drawer being hard to open, well it is. Poor design. Over all not happy with this stove

Simple to understand functions. But I can't say enough about Best Buy customer service..I've never made a major purchase online before and was a bit nervous. No reason to be.. Text and follow up emails kept me up to date thru the entire process, 2 hour delivery window and was here when promised.
