Cash grab overpriced reissue

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like this movie, I think it's definitely derivative of several other horror films, but I still like the way it's made and I enjoy the makeup and the lighting. Sometimes the music gets on my nerves a bit, but overall this was a good beginning. The reason for the two-star review is basically this is the exact same version of the film that we already had on blu-ray. It is not been remastered in any way, it is not in 2K or 4k, and Rob Zombie promised us an uncut version and he's never delivered. As per usual he doesn't follow through on his promises as a filmmaker. He said he would never do a remake well he did that. He said he would never do a sequel to a remake and guess what he did that too. He said he was going to do a director's cut version of this movie and put it out and it never happened. So it's very disappointing. To charge somebody the prices that they're charging for this reissue of the same exact Blu-ray is nothing short of robbing people. Very disappointing. This movie deserves better so does the audience.

The cast in the movie are so likeable and seeing the late great Sid Haig as Captain Spalding!! The music is awesome by Rob Zombie!!

But I still like it.
