The issue I have is out of the box, the front valve hits the fork when you rotate it. The valve cap is also broken on that same wheel (before we even used it). I opened a ticket with customer support (you cannot call them) and it's been 2 weeks. No Response. You can't even click on a link to see the ticket status.
