Was a pretty nervous about purchasing the Hover for my boyfriend as gift for Christmas and hoping my somewhat of little to nothing Knowledge of Hoverboard and the pros and cons to look for when researching all the different brands and models there was and reading through so many reviews and etc etc .... plus the cost of some of them where absolutely crazy Expensive but also they have some pretty cheaper molded to. So after reading up on this particular model brand with the bells and whistle’s that came with it and most importantly the durability quality of the Material , Battery charge of decent amount and distance along with speed and withstanding weight of adult more the 170lbs which seems is to be the maximum weight on good amount on most majority every brand hoverboards. So with that all said so far everything that I have spoke about has gotten a Pleasant thumbs up so far as my boyfriend Is really enjoyed it with no complaints.

But, It’s really smooth and easy. The iridescent color makes it stand out from every other hoverboard. Great handling. The lights on both sides make it look extra cool. It’s one of the easiest to quickly feel relaxed riding. It seems faster than other hoverboards. The low profile feels comfortable and it goes over bumps like they aren’t even there. Had some trouble with the initially connecting the speaker to my phone with Bluetooth. But, that may have been user error. Overall, as an adult, I like the lower profile. It makes me feel more comfortable riding and my kids think it looks totally awesome.

Purchased this for my eleven year old's birthday. She loves that it lights up and connects to her blue tooth apple music. I wanted a hover board that she could keep for several years without growing out of this and this one definitely fits that option. The colors on it are beautiful.

Bought this for my 11 yr old as a birthday present. Easy to learn and so much fun. I've had it for a while now and I haven't had any problems. Works great. My kid zooms along all over the place with it and you can play your music on it too. Its heavy and seems to be built pretty good.

Love the lights and the color of it Charge lasted for a surprisingly long amount of time and it doesn’t take long to fully charge it back either Bluetooth speaker is about what you would expect from a device like this but honestly isn’t that bad either

The HYPE Hover-1 is a very solid, high performing hover board. It is ready to go right out of the box and the Hover-1 app gives you additional information such as speed and allows you to toggle among the three skill modes: Beginner, Intermediate, and Expert. It took me about 15 minutes to figure out how to fully balance on the scooter before I moved up from Beginner to Intermediate and still haven't made it to Advanced - there really is no need for me to go there. But my 11-year old was on Advanced in no time, spinning circles in the drive way and leaning back and forth like a pro. The weight of the board makes it feel like a sturdy product and we haven't had any issues with battery life. The LED lights glow very bright at night and are a nice added feature. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to purchase a hover board.

I have been wanting to try a hoverboard for years. Great quality, easy to understand. Must have decent balance or be willing to face plant. Has a fun app you can install on your phone to get the most out of the experience.

Purchased this for an 8 year old who really wanted a hoverboard. I picked this model because it seemed like a very solid, high-quality choice with a long range, good top speed and amazing weight capacity. I figured we'd have it for the long haul and the whole family, including me, would be able to ride it. It hit the mark on all of the above, except it may actually be too big and heavy to be ideal for a smaller kid. I think he'd have an easier time if he had a smaller, lighter model. Even as an adult, I can tell this thing is no joke - it has serious power and you need to ride with confidence or it can get a bit scary. (Hint - always step off backwards!!! If you step off the front, it can take off on you and land you on your backside, trust me.) One issue I've had is with the bluetooth connection and app. The range is pretty short, so if I'm following along on a bike or something, playing music, it cuts out if I'm not very close to the hoverboard (but range should be adequate if the rider is carrying the connected device). Also, sometimes the app seems to have issues controlling the device - I've had some trouble controlling the lights or changing the rider mode. The issue could be with my phone - it's been dropped a few times and the bluetooth isn't the most reliable, so I'm reserving judgement on that issue.

Bought the list for her birthday. She rides it everywhere. She loves the Bluetooth capabilities, the speaker is loud, the color is beautiful, the led lights are pretty & charge holds well. I'm pleased with her satisfaction.

It looks amazing! It’s faster than other hover boards, and it has several cool features such as: changing lights, mobile app connectivity and Bluetooth accessible. We bought it for my 11 year old son, and he absolutely loves it!

I bought this to be able to ride with my children as I exceed the weight limit on their hoverboard. This hoverboard is able to handle my weight, provide plenty of battery power to ride as long as I want to ride, and has not been too difficult to adjust to. Good features like bright led lights that can flash in different patterns and colors, Bluetooth speaker to listen to while riding, and an app that shows battery percentage as well as digital odometer in the app. Would recommend this product. I have ridden it over 15 miles and am still enjoying it.

We have a few of these hoverboards… The first one we got (HY-H1) Is pretty beat up, as the plastic is quite hard/brittle and my boys run it into walls at full speed all the time. That said, it still runs great and my boys still ride it every day. Pretty amazing product. This one is pretty much the same product with a cool iridescent paint job. It’s fast, has a great Bluetooth speaker and it’s a very good hoverboard to learn on.

I was surprised at how well built this thing is. The charge really lasts too. This one is a little pricey but worth it. Travels along at 11 mph.

Bought this for our daughter's birthday. So far, no problems. She loves it. Holds a charge as expected. Ride is smooth. Blue tooth works well.

I bought this hover board for my daughters 9th Birthday. I did not know what to expect or how intuitive or not the product was. Based on other reviews I pulled the trigger. My kids absolutely love this hover board. It is smooth, quiet, and well built. There does not seem to be much of a learning curve for the younger generation, but for those that are older it does take a little more practice!

My kid got an off brand Hoverboard after she had played with this and what a big difference. The response, the smoothness and quality did not compare. The light are cool you can change them. I wish the tires had a little bit of light on them. I have used this and I’m 211lb and it moves the same way as when my kid uses it. The off brand- slowed down and the battery died super quick. Hover-1 battery held strong.

The hover board arrived very fast. I am glad for the text message it had arrived. It was for my grandson’s birthday and he was visiting that weekend. I was able to retrieve it from the porch and hide it before he returned from his friends. It was a great buy. I loved the app and all the things it provides such as changing the lights, speed, battery life. He really loves riding it and it was beautiful the picture did not do it justice.

Sturdy and my grandson loves it. He also likes the different colored lights on it.

Impressed with this hoverboard. It is very fast! It goes a lot faster than I thought it would so it is very fun for experienced riders. The hoverboard app that you can use with it really sucks and is buggy though. Couldn’t get it to play music but not a big deal.

My son loves it!! Easy, bluetooth is cool, excellent lights and is just super fun! He is really enjoying it!!
