Worked amazingly until it completely stopped charging less than one year after purchase. Tried other chargers to no avail, so it is the battery.

Do not buy. The first scooter we purchased the handle bar screws kept loosening no matter how tight we tightened them and fell out and got lost while my son was riding it. This is a safety concern. I contacted the company (Hover 1) for replacement screws which they didn’t have. I bought some at a hardware store and they kept loosening so I fought with the company to send me a new scooter which they did. Less than 5 months later the new scooter just stopped working for no reason. Contacted the company and they said they only have a 90 warranty. Yeah that’s pretty crappy. People pay over $300 for these things to stop working within months. Garbage.

If you can find yourself a road/sidewalk thay is relatively flat the scooter will go up to 25mph at times but, because of the wheels; riding it anywhere that has bumps can be annoying.

My son loves his Electric scooter, it is very sturdy, fast, he loves the bluetooth on it, it was worth every dime i paid for it..Thank you..

Purchased this to use when working in large manufacturing campuses. Works great and saves my knees from killing me after a long days work!!

Pricing was good, two days after opening package scooter did not turn on. Return to store, replacement was scheduled to be delivered. Nothing yet. Not very happy with this item.

I love riding the scooter during winter especially now its summer. I rode it for work/uber and the battery last more than 7hrs. Its easy to use and put it away after riding it.

Garbage product. Cheap, falls apart. No customer service support. Stay far away and purchase a better brand, such as Segway.

This review is not for the product. This is for the JUNKS from BESTBUY The 3rd times they sent me used item. Items were defective or missing parts, and returned from other customer with sign of used, since I am buying as a new item. For this scooter, it was used, dents all over, power cord is missing from the charger. Throttle bracket is not secured. Called and they won’t even honor the price or exchange. Bought this as a birthday gift for my son, luckily I we open it as soon as it was delivered and still able to return. Not satisfied and very disappointed. I am not a person who writing review. But this is the 3rd time it happened with products buying from BESTBUY. Just for everyone to know my experience. It is not trusted if you want to buy something as a gift.

Second one purchases and each becomes inoperable within a year.

This scooter is perfect. Battery holds a good charge. Both kids love it!

This scooter is great for basic flats grounds. For hills it threw me off when it auto brakes to lower speed when speeding past 15mph

My son absolutely loved this! I got it for him for Christmas and he’s been plying with it more than his video games! If you want your kid outside more, this is definitely the way to go. It has a kickstand to keep it upright, which he lives because he can “park” it anywhere. Goes really fast too, so have your kid put a hemet on. I loved riding it too, i might buy another for myself.

The battery only last 7 miles and the charging light is green but the scooter is still charging it should be red

its good for the price but rhe battery does not last really long and at max weight you’re having trouble going up slants

The kids loved these. They are fast and a large adult can easily use them. Heavy duty.

only got 4 miles range at full speed I weigh 175lbs. the ride is awfully bumpy and the hard rubber tire came off the rim
