This is the best scooter ever. My nephew loves it.

Horrible quality... all I can say. Be prepared to return this till you get one that really works properly. First didn't accelerate...second brake was rubbing on pads...,third was falling apart and wheel was wobbling...all the hover scooter seem to be of horrible quality and if you contact HOVER their answer is return it to seller so be prepared to watch your 14 day return policy or be stuck with a piece of junk... I've boughten many things from Best Buy and this is the worst... also they no longer offer protection plans on this scooter and 90 Day Manufacturer Warranty on this item..

This scooters speed is just the right amount. It is a bit heavy to carry up and down our front steps to use. It withheld a 4 mile ride on two bars of battery. Everyone that comes over and uses it falls in love with it. So glad I purchased!

It’s a great scooter for small distances. I used it to get to work for 1 mile trips. 15mph isn’t that fast but it’s not terrible. Once battery gets below 60%, hitting top speed seems to become difficult to reach.

This is a great scooter....WHEN IT WORKS! It only lasted 4 months. The company has no replacement parts for it that matter...the battery died. No help provided! Warranty too expensive. Wouldn't have helped. Best Buy needs to stop selling a discontinued item.

I unfortunately ended up returning this scooter. Overall, for $299 it was really well built, easy to use and comfortable. However, the range was horrible. This model claims to have a range of 9 miles. I am short, weigh 130 pounds and could only get roughly 5 miles with sport mode. I was driving on a smooth paved road, no incline or hills. I tried Eco and Standard mode to see if the range was better, however the speed felt too slow. Eco capped it at 7mph while Standard was 11mph. 7mph felt kind of unsafe. You still have to balance the scooter and at that speed, it was wobbly. 11mph was better but when you’re on the road, it felt too slow to keep up with bikers and traffic. The rest of the scooter was nice though and I was upset to return it. But what’s the point when I couldn’t really go anywhere?

Great scooter, really easy to access and use, loud when you cut it on but still great. Bought this for myself and can’t wait till the snow to melt to actually ride it

This scooter is not quite sturdy but gets the job done. It runs at 15 mph up to 9 miles. It is fun to ride this e-scooter. I would recommend it to adult beginners.

It says solid tires and they mean it is more like hard plastic tires you can feel even if you go over an ant. It definitely can't go 10% up hill at least I'm 200lb and most it do is 5mph.

All the reflective stickers where all out of place…the speedometer was broken and didn’t even fit properly. The max range is definitely way lower than it claims.

Amzing scooter to go out and sight see. The scooter is nice since you can connect your music by Bluetooth and relax while riding

Absolutely love our scooters. We bought three of them. They are the talk of all the BBQ’s this summer! They last pretty long and go well over 15mph.

I bought this for work. I put my tools on a 4 wheel cart and use the scooter to pull it and me into the job. Works like a charm.

This product was actually horrible, me and 2 other friends all bought this product about a month apart and all of them had the same exact problem. They all had battery and shut off to 0 battery with no warning. And now they won't turn back on no matter what. The return policy is only 15 days and this product lasted only a month. I would 100% take this comment seriously and not buy this product.

Price is good and it's a fun little ride. The solid wheels can be a bit unforgiving on bumps though. The range of 9 miles may be a bit optimistic.

Gifted my husband this scooter and he loves it. He plays the songs on bluetooth which is such a fancy add on feature.

My 8 year old recently got this for being on the honor roll! It was quick to assemble, charge & use! He is in love & im a happy mommie….!

Overall good scooter for kid to commute to & from school & throughout the neighborhood.
