This is the 2nd scooter I have bought (same brand and type) both have broke within 6 months. We tried to order parts, but they offer no individual parts and customer service is a JOKE!!! The weld breaks above the front tire causing the tire to fall off. If my daughter would have been hurt i would have sued the company that made it and bestbuy for selling trash. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY

I got it for my grandson for Christmas, he didn’t get to ride it until the spring/summer and within a month of using it - it was done unable to use it and it was already out of warranty.
