Help!!!!! When my son first received this gift we couldn't figure out how to make it go!!! Then all of a sudden it did. Well now it won't propel with the throttle. Help please!!!

This was a Christmas gift for my son and he loves it! It hold a charge for a long time and goes pretty fast for his size and age, 10 years old about 85 lbs

Was a christmas gift for my daughter and she absolutely loves it. The battery lasts longer than anticipated and has no issue's.

Put together before Christmas, but it never would turn on. Couldn’t figure out why it wouldn’t turn on. Took back to Best Buy who said it Was discontinued and because it was no longer in the computer they couldn’t do anything. No refund and no exchange. Very disappointed!!

Not good quality. My son literally rode it 3 times before it stopped working.

For my 7 year old. She enjoys it, but the batteries do run out quickly (about 15-20) minutes online with the watt/hr rating. She would probably be better off with the 6-mile scooter (this is a 3-mile) which would give her about 40 minutes operating time. The speed of 8mph seems a bit slow for her, but acceptable for a younger rider. Go bigger and faster for older kids. Weight limit is 120lbs. So almost adults should probably stay off. Picked it up for around $140 on sale, so no regrets given the larger scooter is about $100 more

Cool scooter. Had a very hard time trying to get the handles into it. Had to grind one down to fit. Other than that it’sa lot of fun.

My son received this for Christmas. He broke the throttle in 24 hour and the manufacture doesn't have spare part for it yet.

Was good, when it worked. Beware the short 90 day warranty. Why only 90 days, so by the time you use in summer you are out of warranty. Bought 2 of these for my kids, for Christmas. Upon opening for Christmas, 1 would not charge right out of the box. Card in the box says to contact company so I did in early January. Warning sign, Company says they are too busy in January to do anything about it and take it back to BB. BB exchanged for another one (reminder, still January at this point so cannot ride). Finally warms up in May and kid is able to ride about a dozen times till early June, when now battery will not charge again, and I am out of warranty. The second one is still working and charging fine hence 2 stars. So you have a 1 in 3 chance of getting one with a battery that will last...

I think i got a bad one, after 3 weeks of my grandson using it, it's giving an error code E1 and won't go on its own any more. Before the code, it was working great.

Kinda slow, no mode options, only buy if it’s on sale.

Works as advertised. Note, you must roll it a bit before the drive will kick in. 6yr old loves it. grab a good set of knee/wrist/elbow pads and a helmet if it's the first powered scooter your kid has used. Also need to fully charge it on the first run.

This is a Christmas present for my son. Looks like it is going to be perfect for him. I’m excited to see him have so much fun on it christmas morning. I will update once he opens it and plays on it.

Awful the throttle and brake buttons broken within the first month and one week and now hover will not send me parts or a replacement and I can not return it either. It says on the product that it has a year warranty but it does not clearly. I am very very upset and will no purchase from hover again and most likely not Best Buy either. My 8 year old bday gift already broken not impressed after paying almost 200 bucks for it.

Amazing! My little friends 6 & 8 years old are having the time of their life. Watching them riding the scooters having so much fun Is a blessing. They are well ma an t batteries can be charged fast enough. A great purchase!!

My son loves the scooter, But the design is very poor on the back wheel where the wire connects. I will put a plate over it after I get the new part. Still poor design

My daughter love her scooter she just learning but she love it so far. She had one for Christmas and a lil girl broke it so I got her another one and she loves it I got a good gift

I was very happy with it and so were my grandkids!! Then after about 6 uses it gave an error message of E1!! It needed to be exchanged.. then I also realized you can’t replace its battery

We have a small apartment but a son who loves speed so we got him a scooter. It was easy to fold and stick under the bed, out of the way.

Do not buy this particular one. The wire was detached and they wouldn’t replace it or fix it
