Well we opened it, first only one of the balance lights were green, the other was red. But he got in it and it worked, I thought it just had something to do with it not being balanced since no one was standing on it. And now it’s continuously moving on its own and beeping nonstop. With or without protection this is shown to be a waist of money and I’m glad I let him open it now then wait even longer to discover it is defective
