A great way to wrap up the story

I'm a big HTTYD fan, watching not only the three movies, but the Riders and Defenders of Berk series and the Race to the Edge series as well. That's why I like the way they wrap the franchise up. It's a well told story that won't make your kids cry. It introduces some new characters that expand the Berk world and you still get lots of laughs from those you expect.

So, if there is one thing I don't like about this movie's release, it's that the price was a bit higher than other movies on the market. That being said, I'm happy I went with the steelbook version of this. It matches really well with the HTYD 1 & 2 steelbooks that are currently out and the 4k version of the movie is a real nice end to the trilogy. Highly recommend.

My 3 children loves the movie How to train your dragon (all 1,2, and 3) even the Netflix series, Dragons Race to the Edge. I bough this movie in Blu-Ray/DVD/Digital copy so I can play it in all devices. I can play the movie at our bluray player outside our family room, DVD player in the bedroom, and also in our iPad. My kids can watch them anywhere they want.

I have watched all of the series with my kids many times. We like all series so much. We saw how hiccup, his friends, and dragons have grown up mentally and physically and how they live and love with each other, which all of us should learn. The recent movie has the great ending for this series. Watch it with your kids. You and your kid would like it.

I think this is the best animated series ever made. This movie completes the set nicely although I think the first two were better. It does bring a fitting close to the series and compliments the first two movies nicely. I highly recommend all three movies to any movie lovers collection, the whole family can enjoy these movies not just the kids.

    Great Conclusion to the Series

It feels a tad repetitive in some aspects with the bad guy versus the previous movie, but overall the story is quite good and makes for a strong ending to the series. Technically speaking everything looked and sounded great (although I should note that I do not have a 4k TV yet so I was only able to watch the normal blu-ray at this point.

I never expected to fall in love with this series but I did and I was not ready for the journey to end. I don't think these films get the recognition they deserve and this one was no exception. HTTY The Hidden World pulled no emotional punches and yet still gave us a fitting end to the story that made saying goodbye a little easier.

I was originally skeptical of the HTTYD series when I first saw the previews, but I've thoroughly enjoyed every entry in this series. The characters are likeable and the villains are fairly threatening without being too scary for kids. John Powell's score is moving and pairs well with these films. One of my favorite movies of the last few years.

A great movie for the whole family to enjoy together. All your favorite characters have to pull together and work towards a common goal that they really aren't sure about and a new villian enters the Dragon trilogy that is a great adversary for our heroes to go against. A classic good versus evil movie that is well worth your time. Enjoy!

I saw this in the theater and bought it on Steelbook. The steelbook has great pictures on it and inside the cover. This movie is about saving the dragons and involves finding the 'hidden world' where the dragons can be set free. Very satisfying ending to this movie series.

*No Spoilers* If you purchased and enjoy the first two movies, then it's a no-brainer to pick up The Hidden World. This movie is bright, colorful, fun and a tearjerker at times. Story continues where the second movie ended and adds more depth to the world of the dragons; even finding Toothless a friend. But beware, trouble lurks not far away. The only complaint I have about the movie is it's plot. It's very similar to the second movie, almost to the point where you would not need to watch this movie. Kind of wish they added a new element to the story or elaborated on characters and details. Overall, a good movie to add to your collection.

A good finale to the HTTYD trilogy. Characters have grown up and learned life's lessons as such. Even the CGI is better with each film as technology has improved with time as it shows. Details are crisper, sharper than before. And now our dragon friends move to the next stage of their lives...will there be an other sequel? Time will tell....

This is an incredible film for all ages! The cinematography is breathtaking in some scenes and the use of color is amazing especially in 4k. My only complain is that the disc is not equipped with Dolby Vision as that would have made some of the scenes pop even more, but still, an excellent purchase and satisfying conclusion to the trilogy.

How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World offers a satisfying (and somewhat bittersweet) conclusion to the trilogy. The movie looks and sounds phenomenal in this 4k UHD release, and the steelbook fits in nicely with the steels for the first two movies, which follow similar design principles. Highly recommended, if you can still grab one!

Grandson asked if he could get this movie while out shopping recently. Since we purchased the movie he has watched it several times and loves the movie! Since he is visiting he will be able to watch it on the DVD player in car on ride back home. More than likely he will probably watch it a few times since the drive will be a long one!

Bought this DVD for me and my grandson to watch and it is thoroughly entertaining. A very well done story and very good animation, my grandson asks if the characters are real or a cartoon. I tell him a combination of both . . on a recent rainy day we visited and watched it with the family. A very fun way to spend an afternoon together.

This was a great ending to a fantastic series. I really liked all the characters having a big final send-off and concluding the entire trilogy nicely. As usual DreamWorks did an excellent job on the animation and visuals with lots of dragons we haven't seen before as well as new landscapes. Great film for everybody. Don't miss it.

The third movie in this trilogy takes us back to Berk and the dragon riders some time after the events of the second movie. Hiccup is chief, and continues his mission to aid dragons. When a new villain rears their head. This is an excellent end to the story of Hiccup and Toothless, and is a great movie for the whole family to enjoy.
