For a new DVD it was pretty scratched and actually skip sometimes. Not to mention Best Buy keeps sending me the products with distinct labeling on the outside so that you know what is in them. It has ruined multiple Christmas presents and probably gotten some of my items stolen off my porch. And they don’t really care to help you when you call tot web chat
