I was pleasantly surprised by this little gem. can't even begin to describe how different is was from almost every other fantasy I've ever seen. The story is a liitle dark for the younger viewer and the situations are rather adult in intensity (no, not dirty at all) and may be hard to grasp for some people. at the risk of spoiling the story, the main character wants to see his father who is in a mental hospital and finds out why...

An interesting interpretation of a young Lovecraft and his introduction into the realm of Cthulhu. Buy it just for the sake of owning a well done animated version of the Mythos.

A delightful animated film with one of horror's most effective masters as the central character!

I was looking for great graphics and a funny cartoon. It was too slow starting for me. I was disappointed and was expecting something different. Younger audience attention span would not last most likely.

this movie was poorly animated in a quality about like a ps2 video game,.the package showed the quality of art that should have been used. a attempt to introduce lovecraft to a juvenile audience.
