Cartridge not recognized
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Installed the black cartridge in my HP printer and the printer doesn't recognize this cartridge as a new, full cartridge. Because of this issue, the printer doesn't allow me to print from the black cartridge. I will be returning this item to the store.

Great item needed for printer

Maybe she didn't know the ins & out with the process? Sales lady said you can't get it after it was rung up?

Expiration date on ink cartridge only 6 mos away

When received, the expiration date was August, 2017. Not satisfactory... didn't want it expiring before I used it or while I was using it. When I finally took it back to the store, I was a day short of your return policy which I was not aware of and could not get a cc return but had to get a store credit. Very disappointed!

Careful

It was April 2018!! Had to make a trip to Best Buy for a refund. Always check the expiration dates!

HP got me

These cartridges tend to cover a small number of pages, and it is expensive to replace them frequently. And also some of the color cartridges expire and the printer does not like using them past the expiration date even if they were perfectly fine. HP has quite a racket going here and they have me at their mercy at this point.
