I will stop using hp printers as soon as any competitor shows up with reduced ink costs., and i'm looking. can best buy make a suggestion of another brand as a customer service???

easy printer installation

Old ink

Printer seems to be working ok for now, but it complains that the ink is old and it could compromise the printer. I always check expiration dates when purchasing in store and expected Best Buy online to do the same, but I guess I was wrong.
