We do quite a bit of printing, I've never had a problem with poor quality ink at any point. I appreciate Best Buy for recycling the depleted cartridges.

Very good quality toner, which lasts for a fairly long period of time. Would not try to go with lesser quality toner as that there is the chance of gumming up the machine.

In my ten years in IT I have never seen a DOA toner or ink cartridge that was from the OEM. This happened. The second one I received after returned works just as expected. My Best Buy made the return very easy even though their policy is not to return it.

I like buying this toner at Best Buy because even without coupons (I have to use to buy at other stores), it is still more reasonably priced

We use these inks to print documents and photos. I highly recommend purchasing Authentic Toner from HP and from Best Buy. They have the best prices.

What's not to like about this toner? Sure it's a bit on the expensive side, but toner lasts soooo much longer than ink jet cartridges; doesn't dry out and clog up if you don't use your printer for awhile, doesn't leak like ink jet cartridges do, and when you consider how expensive ink cartridges are and how quickly they're used up, I'll go for a laser jet printer and toner every time. Also, if you ever have the need to use a highlighter on your printed pages, a highlighter will always smear ink, but never smears toner.

Don't buy any toner for an HP printer except HP toner cartridges. This is a stellar product and prints many many pages flawlessly.

No problem with the cartridge or installation. Wish the ink would last longer for the price but guess this comes with the territory.

These cartridges last longer than I thought they would. Easy to install. Good that Best Buy takes the used cartridges for recycling.

I have a laser and this is the recommended ink. Printer checks ink and verifies that it is genuine HP. Lasts as it is advertised.

Chances are if you reading this you know how pricey these can be, but they are long last and work great and easy to load into the printer.

Best buy prices are often unbeatable. I try to save money for my business and buy where I can get the best prices. Usually that's Best Buy.

Tried some alternative cartridges - bad idea. Original HP is best, and better yet the convenience of it being available at Best Buy!

The OEM parts are more expensive than aftermarket parts, but you can count on the quality and the fact that they are engineered specifically for the HP printer in which I am going to use it. Add to that the convenience of picking it up at the neighborhood Bestbuy and its a great deal.

Good product. You will get lots of copies out of each cartridge. Definitely a cheaper route than ink refills!
