Arrived on time with no damage. No issues on Best Buy's end. The printer itself stopped working once the new cartridge was installed (according to the instructions) and it took a long time to figure out how to get past the glitch. This is par for the course with HP products. Now it is working fine after repeatedly reinstalling my printer drivers and trying a number of other tasks that I read about online to get it working again.

Easy and quick to install. Lowers price per copy. A good decision.

I don’t think any personal laser cartridge is as expensive. Give away the beer… sell the glass. Don’t blame BB but still.

Good so far....last printer purchased from bb was a piece of junk. Epson tank unit. Complete waste of funds and used all the ink trying to clean the heads. One cleaning used over half the ink.
