Typical HP printer glitches but the ink is good

The printer itself stopped working once the new cartridge was installed (according to the instructions) and it took a long time to figure out how to get past the glitch. This is par for the course with HP products. Now it is working fine after repeatedly reinstalling my printer drivers and trying a number of other tasks that I read about online to get it working again.

Lousy Service

I called in December and they said they would credit my account which they never did. This is not the only bad experience I have had in December and January. I have spent thousands of dollars in 2023 and 2022. Your new geek squad system SUCKS. I don't think I will ever buy again from Best Buy
