This Chromebook is easy to use and great for my high school student. We did have an issue with the touchscreen not working after two days, but Best buy replaced the item for us immediately. Both of my high school children have this Chromebook. They really enjoy the ability to use it as a laptop or a tablet. The picture is good for watching movies and videos, too.

Bought it for my 3rd grade kid. 3 weeks in, it's been an excellent laptop when setup with stringent parental controls. The foldable screen, touchscreen and sturdy design are all great and used by my son.

Bought for College, it is a wonderful computer. Allows me to do everything and has a good battery life.

I purchased this Chromebook on sale to replace a previous Chromebook that had become obsolete. The build quality is fantastic, the screen quality is great and it has plenty of storage and RAM for email, productivity and even light gaming. If you need a Chromebook to do basic productivity work and not be hampered by slow system response, you cannot beat the deal on this Chromebook.

Great tool to have on the go. I purchased this Chromebook for my daughter and she has really put the battery to the test. With her doing school work, watching Netflix, or playing games on it; this has been her go to tool.

Chromebook was simple to set up. Battery life is great and it's simple to use. Touchscreen is a good feature and value is very good.

We got two of these on sale for our girls at Christmas. I like that they have the touchscreen, plenty of memory, fast processing, and they will be able to use these through high school, and hopefully beyond that.

It does everything that I need it to do without a lot of confusing instructions. More memory than I will ever need (I get zillions of emails and hardly delete any of them except spam!). My son even likes to use it for his school papers because he says it's easier t use than the one he has!). I will definitely buy myself this one again and would buy them as gifts for my grandchildren. Thank you Best Buy!

Great compacted laptop. Powerful brain on small body. Touch screen, beautiful picture. Good for students. The outside look is beautiful. The keyboard is illuminating good for low light or no light. Highly recommend.

May I say love this HP Chromebook. Faster than my previous one which I gave to my daughter. Faster and screen is awesome. What a great deal that I got at Best Buy. Would purchase again.

Quick, nice compliment of features. A backlit keyboard was a must for my needs, and it's not a very common feature. Awesome display and touch screen. The only criticism I have is.... it's a little on the heavy side, but I knew that going in (from reviews). This is a solid machine and a great performer.

Bought this to replace my SECOND Acer Chromebook Spin (713, then 714); both of which died after less than 2 years (NOTE TO SELF- Stay away from Acer!). I really like the x360. I just wish HP would make a display that is more than 250-300 nits in brightness (this one is 300). In a bright room or outside on a porch, the brightness has to be turned up full to see the display. Also, I later discovered this Chromebook does not support USI Styluses. A bit disappointing, but it is what it is. Aside from that, the speakers are great, plenty of power and the keyboard is great! I recommend this model!
