Well basically, I've had my "Chrome Book" over 6 months now. And this my 3rd time having "Technical" issues with my laptop. However, it's a pretty good computer. That's if you got "Warranty" on the computer like me.

This is the best chromebook out of five I have purchased. Does everything I need. Fairly fast, bright screen and the 14" screen is just right.

The computer arrived with dead battery:( for a brand new item that’s terrible plus i bought it for someone who took it overseas so now it’s a 200$ paperweight bummer hp should do better

I am very disappointed with the laptop i recently purchased. I thought it was going to be off the same quality as the same brand I purchased a few years ago because it was the same cost. It is not, however, even close to the quality I anticipated. Very disappointed!!!

It was great for two weeks then it auto updated and now runs so slow it’s worse than dial up used to be! The update is known to have serious issues and has yet to be fixed. Back to Apple I go!!!!

Stopped working after only 8 months. Worked one day and not the next. It just wont turn on. Unfixable.
