Gift for my daughter. She loves it. Came in a timely manner. Good condition, no damage. Haven't had it long so not much else to say.

Great for email and shopping online, very fast. This laptop turns on and off very fast too. Perfect if you just need a laptop for searching online and checking email and social sites. The battery life is excellent. I can go days without charging it. It is also very light weight (compared to my Mac). It does not have any fancy programs and you cannot print directly from the laptop so be sure to look at the features to be sure you're getting features you need. This laptop was just what I wanted and I'm very happy with it.

This was a gift for my 11 year old granddaughter. It was very easy to set up and it is very user friendly. She just completed a school project and was able to navigate through all the programs with ease.

This Chromebook was a great alternative choice for me. I usually purchase laptops but I find this does everything I need and the start up/ shut down time is instant. It's light weight and just the easiest thing to use.

Chrome is a new learning curve , converting some works data bases are a challenge. Most conversions go easy. Some instructions are not too clear for a non techie but I survived. Good investment. Take that MS Windows 10 !!

Really enjoying my Chromebook. The screen is non glare and the quality is really amazing. I would recommend more than 16 of memory, but this is okay with me. Have purchased all electronics from Best Buy and have always been very satisfied. They are knowlegeable and very helpful. The store in my area is a little out of the way, but worth the trip.

Great size screen and very easy to set up. I am able to do the everyday things internet surfing, emails and streaming without any glitches. Chromebook is very fast and battery life last for over 6 hours.

Love my chromebook is easy and fast. The screen is perfect not to big not to small and has great picture. Battery life is great would recommend this computer to anyone.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! I did research before buying and this was rated one of the best chromebooks and the price was amazing. It is exactly what I need and wanted. It turns on quickly and always runs fast and has never frozen. I love the larger screen! This is not flimsy at all but it is light to carry but still built sturdy, the hinges have not loosen up in the 6 months I have owned it and I use it many hours a day.

This is a great chromebook for kids at schools that use Google Drive and other services for school work. It's a reliable yet relatively inexpensive Chromebook. It's difficult to find 1080p screens at this price point, especially a respected brand.

Good size and light weight. Snappy performance due to light os and ssd. Prefer this to other chromebooks out there.

I enjoy this item. Sleek, slim look. Light to carry. Long battery life. Took some time getting use to using Google Documents instead of Miscrosoft programs

Brought for my Granddaughter and she absolutely loves it. Perfect size for school and doing her homework. Always buy HP products because I have never had any problems with them. Excellent service from Best Buy!

I purchase this for my 10 year old granddaughter. I decided with Android Google because my young granddaughter did not have to worry about viruses versus Windows. I did not have to purchase an antivirus or get a free one and run it constantly checking for viruses as one would do with windows. Also, in my opinion, Windows suck and it is old news. 4 stars because she misses her apps. Hahah!

So I understand the premise of a chromebook not having a hard drive or internal space BUT I found this to be absolutely ridiculous. The description online says that there is space for adding a storage card and it was my assumption that with a storage card I would be able to take this on an upcoming trip with me and possibly be able to use some of my redemption codes from buying blu ray movies to be able to download them through VUDU or another streaming service. I found out after purchasing this chromebook that no compatible streaming services were available in the app store and that it would not allow me to download the programs from the provider's websites... I then thought I would try to download on my old "not so great- which is why I'm replacing it laptop" and use a thumbdrive to watch it but still the chromebook would not read the thumbdrive. Thus making it near impossible to watch any of my movies unless I wanted to pay and purchase them again but through their app store which seemed dumb since I already owned them. Aside from the above problems I had with this chromebook, the color was beautiful, it was very comfortable to type and the graphics were amazing.

Bought this for my son's first laptop for school.very affordable and light weight.

Always used Microsoft computers before buying this Chromebook. I was quite hesitant about it. After reading all the reviews, I bought it. And the rest is history. I love it. It boots up quickly. I have not had any problems with it. I got the blue one. It is more of an aqua blue. Also, it is very light. It is easy to take when traveling.

Bought this for my daughter for college...she loves it...great size...super light and thin and does everything she needs it to do for a great price...if your student is using Microsoft office they will have to do the 365 version and use it while online

This is my third one, and I got scared when my store didn't have them in stock any longer. I ordered it and had the Geek guys set it up. It's just perfect for me. Light, fast, and Chrome, need I say more?
