A hassle happened

We did and tried to install it when we received the chrome book and it was not compatible. Why make offer if it won't work? Had to get that refunded that took over an hour on the phone and numerous people. Very bad customer service. Then we also purchased a wireless printer that we couldn't with the help of the geek squad, set up because there was a defect and must be returned for another one. One hassle after another.

Only good for internet

You can find plenty of laptops for the same price that have many functions other than the internet. The only thing good about the chromebook is that the internet speed is crazy fast....because there are no other programs taking up space.

Great Computer for Everyday Use

I love the the built in security features, in addition to Google docs like , Word, Excel, and Power Point being included. The price was under $300.00 and it's a really good value.
