I got this lab top for my daughter, it's her first she is in high school, so for a first time it's worth it.

It was a Christmas present for my granddaughter and she loves it.

Great laptop. More support is needed for Chrome, but that will come over time. Highly recommended.

Great lap top. Turns on and loads up quickly. My daughter uses it for online school.

Over-all I was not impressed with this computer and ended up returning it. The product itself seemed cheaply made. I would suggest this as maybe a started computer. Too basic for a college student or someone needing to use it for work. Hope this helps!

I've been in need of a laptop for a couple of months now. This laptop was my second choice. I ordered it yesterday and it literally came to my house the next day. I was pretty amazed. Its very thin. Very lightweight. Pretty in color. I'm in love.

I bought this for my 13 year old, I didn't even help set it up. She had it up and going in less than 10 minutes. She hasn't had any problems streaming movies, playing games or doing homework.

I bought 3 of these last year. There are some good qualities but the issue is that the it freezes up often. You need to shut down and reboot. A real pain. I've had Toshiba and Samsung Chomebooks - they never had this problem. I still have a Samsung - I've gone back to it and it works fine, so I know it has nothing to do with how I'm using it and it's not an OS problem. It's the hardware. Be advised.

This is the worst laptop ever. I was excited when I got this for Christmas, but a few months later most of my space has been taken up. I’ve deleted almost everything, and I’m still running out of space. And it’s the laptop’s fault. It gives me a little bit of space, only to be mostly taken up by the files that let the laptop work. It’s unfair. It’s stupid. I hate, HATE, this laptop. While trying to download a game from origin, (The Sims) I didn’t have enough space, so I created a digital drive, with 23 TB, and at first it was working fine, and then it just crashed. “The file didn’t exist” and eventually it said “The file is corrupted” so, I fixed it, and it says the same thing. Now I cannot download and play a game that was spent money on because of this stupid laptop. It seems like it was poorly created, and honestly I would 100% rather buy a $1,000 MacBook, than this. I’d actually rather would buy a refurbished $300 MacBook, or any other PC than this.

this is a very great product and is very fast and easy to use. i highly recommend it to everyone.
