The original one i purchased came out of the box with a corrupt operating system. I had to return it. Best Buy was amazing they exchanged it immediately. The second one is working great.

So far so good. Nice Chromebook laptop, light weight compared to my old Hp I've had since 2002. It was time to upgrade. Still trying to figure out to make the print a little larger to read though.

I like this Chromebook and it works well. I recommend buying a warranty because my screen already broke an it has not been a year yet. Thank goodness I bought a 2-year warranty. Other than that I love this computer and its a great price!

Needed an inexpensive Chromebook for work and this fit the bill!

Easy-to-use Chromebook, per ones have owned previously. Simple, lightweight, longer battery charge than the previous Chromebook owned. Only complaint is the light gray keyboard; hard to see keys as times as compared to a black-on-white or white-on-black keyboard.

This purchase was a gift. Great price. Fits the needs of my husband. Customer usability is more than adequate.

I don’t know why I have purchased this Chrome book sooner! Simple and easy to use, it’s fast and has every app I use right there. I will be purchasing one for my husband and for my mother! The only thing I wish was better is the speakers but I Easley connect it my speakers and there you go!
