It does what it says it will do. It fits the purpose I bought it for. I even bought one for my granddaughter first. Then got myself one.

I love this laptop! It's my 4th one. It's super affordable and does everything I need. It's Ideal if you're using it for simple things like surfing the web, email, etc. The only problem I've had is that it only seems to last a year or two. It stops charging, even though I've ordered new chargers. It seems to be something internal because I have to repeatedly jiggle the cord to get it to start charging right about a year or so.

This is the best Chromebook laptop that I have had in a long time. The time to do anything is just second's away.I love the service and employee's that Best Buy has ever time I go to purchase anything.
