    Very, very slow! Ended up sending back. My son said he was the last one in class to be able to log into the sites needed. Returned right away!!

    Do not recommend this computer gave it as a Christmas gift within 30 days of use the screen stopped working

    Could not connect to wifi. Tried several times but to no avail. Did a complete reset and still was unable to connect. Bought a Lenovo Chromebook and it connected with no problem.

    Item I received was damaged. ChromeOS is only worth it if your plan is to just do school/work related stuff.

    Junk. Second one within a month that no longer takes a charge. Not worth the hassle of taking it back and sending it in for repair, plus you lose the cost of the geek squad protection plan. Not surprised it was 50% off.

    This product was not what I expected .Fine Oporating System it just took me way back trying simple opporations example moving materials copying and pasting its operated by several functions to do so!

    The laptop was returned on december 31st and refund was being processed . It is now feb11th and still no refund !!!!!!

    This laptop computer is average. The 1 star review is for the Violation of the 1964 Civil Rights Act. Apparently Best Buy doesn't think it applies to EVERY AMERICAN. Regardless of what they look like.

    Junk, don’t waste your money, shuts down, reboots , looses its mind, looses apps, can’t down load google play. Total junk! I l would like to return it.

    Chromebook was working perfectly, after 23 days it no longer powers on. Best Buy’s return window has closed. Now stuck with a useless laptop.

    Terrible to use for anything other than searching things. Doesn’t have any updated apps. Like it was created in 2005.
