I cannot do a complete review becsusd it’s a Christmas present so it hasn’t been opened

I want to leave a zero rating but can't. I hate this computer. The font keeps auto changing and I am constantly fighting to make it stay normal. I have read everything above how to change it permanently. However, that hasn't helped at all. I'm going to just throw this away and go buy an Apple.

I recently bought for my son marco he has been complaining about its “Ram” saying it is, and I quote “not skibbidi enough” please help me find another laptop dm me in the comments down below

I purchased this item for school and not even 3 weeks after having it stopped completely while I was in class I returned it and then was given a new one and now even 24 hours after completing an assignment luckily plugged it up to go to sleep and wouldn’t turn on the next morning

I was told by apple support that my computer was out of date. This is awful. I thought that a Chromebook would be ok since the schools give them to kids. Photos crashed about 20 times the first time I opened it.

Keyboard problems The Keyboard did not work well. Could not turn the volume up or down and would not mute

I cant get laptop to connect to wifi and set it up. Been trying for a month!

can't reset parent code, is not usable it just sits on the table
