The whole automated System is messed up going through so many different prompts just to end up in another country and then be told by the guy that he can’t help you because he’s not geek squad. The geek squad was great in person, and they worked on it very quickly and fix the problem right away.

on sale this is an excellent value for a basic chromebook laptop. HP is a name brand with basic but decent features. As with any chromebook don't expect high end features, top end video or gaming but for use with basic daily uses this laptop works well.

Great chrome books for school work. It works perfectly for school work on a budget.

The only problem I have is it wasn't allowing me to get Microsoft word or something similar. It needs to have like a "word" app that you can type edit etc the one that is there is useless other than that it is pretty good. Battery is great

Fast delivery, love the chromebook. I previously owned the Samsung chromebook, I like the hp one better. Happy with my purchase and I love that Best buy has the geek squad to hekp if needed.

The original one i purchased came out of the box with a corrupt operating system. I had to return it. Best Buy was amazing they exchanged it immediately. The second one is working great.

Great little computer for my middle school child. Has everything he needs for school. Easy to put on parent controls.

So far so good. Nice Chromebook laptop, light weight compared to my old Hp I've had since 2002. It was time to upgrade. Still trying to figure out to make the print a little larger to read though.

If you want something that packs a punch for power and efficiency, look elsewhere haha.. No but seriously, this computer isnt too bad its just good for its basic use of a computer. Those kids trying to get last minute homework done, and limited storage capacity, but at least you can expand it. The best part is that its affordable!
